Burgled while away, was told "nothing we can do about it mate because they left the door open, any good brief would say they found the door open and went it to see if everything was ok" Waste of time, I lost over £8000, at least direct line insurance do a good job and replaced everything for me.

Fantastic support after our burglary, also about 50% items recovered (though we had to do the legwork looking around the pawn shops)
