Lovely place to stay, would vist again

Nice quiet site , but need more on site to do .do watch out for the £100 pound site deposit?

Ripped sofa, creaky doors, slow WiFi on purpose to try and get you to pay for faster speeds and the standard is only 0.5mbps... Walls move. Don't stay here it's terrible.

Very nice site grounds well kept and tidy. Our caraven was very spacious and clean. Good free Wifi and tv reception. Close to all main locations 5mins from Paignton zoo. One thing it does not have is a onsite shop. But it does have a Spa and pool and a nice Inn. Would come again !
