Devonshire Square Description
From the former warehouses of the famous East India Company, a unique office campus with residential and retail spaces have been created. Together with convenient office accommodation they are now constant reminders to both occupiers and visitors of our site’s remarkable history.
Devonshire Square isn’t just a place on the map though; it’s also a vibrant community where people live, work and play.
It’s a campus environment that’s like nothing else in London. A multi-use site created from several listed 18th and 19th Century buildings.
People use Devonshire Square for many reasons. Some come simply to work in an environment that encourages creativity. Others come to enjoy the range of great restaurants and bars.
Yet few of the people using Devonshire Square ever stop to think about what makes it work and what makes it tick, which is of course how it should be. Service that is almost invisible and yet always effective.

From Monday 9th to Saturday 14th July, the historical Devonshire Square will turn into a Mediterranean wine oasis as the campus will be hosting the first edition of the “Days of Wine and Mirth” Festival.
Visitors will be able to enjoy the finest Provence Rosé in the relaxing atmosphere of the Vins de Provence pop-up bar, a tastefully appointed al fresco pink parlour that will be serving a selection of rosé wines from the Provence region, showcasing the quality and rich variet...y of the wines produced in Côtes de Provence, Coteaux d’Aix-en Provence and Coteaux Varois en Provence.
A unique assortment of deliciously refreshing Portuguese sangria will also be available at the Bacana Sangria pop-up bar which will be serving an exclusive version of the popular drink, produced entirely in Portugal by mixing the best wine grape varieties with a balanced diversity of citric fruits.
In the atmospheric Western Courtyard, iconic Devonshire Square’s restaurant Cinnamon Kitchen will be treating wine lovers to a variety of whites and reds from Veneto and Carinena regions, including full-bodied Spanish Tempranillo and bubbly Italian Vaporetto prosecco.
Attendees will also be able to enjoy the World Cup semi-final football matches on a maxi screen located next to the pop up bars, courtesy of WeWork.
Wine prices will range from £8 for two glasses of Spanish red to £10 for two glasses of Italian Prosecco. Rosé wine flights (3 wines) will be available from £7 to £9.
The event is open to the public and no registration fees apply. Participants who register their FREE attendance on Eventbrite will enjoy £2 OFF on a wine flight at the Vins de Provence bar (both printed and electronic registrations are valid).
All bars will be open from 12.00 to 9.30pm and will be located in the picturesque surroundings of Devonshire Square campus, London, EC2M 4YE.

A massive thank you to Aleksey Sharp and the amazing Cossack Show for opening our World Cup Festival of Cultures which such a spectacular performance!!
From 14th June to 13th July, Devonshire Square will be celebrating the Football World Cup Championship 2018 with an eclectic programme of artistic performances by world class musicians and dancers representing World Cup-participating countries from all continents.
All shows are free attendance and will take place in the atmospheric environment of Devonshire Square’s Western Courtyard at lunch time, from 1pm to 2pm.
The dancing performances range from acrobatic Cossack danc...e to authentic Argentinian tango, from Parisian Moulin Rouge’s style dance to traditional Japanese Geisha’s dance accompanied by live shamisen music.
The music programme features performances by original Peruvian pipe band Dele Titicaca, Senegalese musician Jali Fily Cissoko - a world renowned master of the 21 string West African kora – and a concert by Australian didgeridoos and djembes ensemble The Talking Trees.
The participation of England to the World Cup will be marked by an energising performance by British tribute band The Complete Madness.
Inspired by the international football tournament, the World Cup Festival of Cultures has been entirely curated by the Devonshire Square Events Team with the aim of promoting multiculturalism, diversity and inclusivity through the power of the arts.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy live screening of selected World Cup matches at Devonshire Square’s iconic restaurants Cinnamon Kitchen & Anise, Kenza Restaurant and Lounge and Devonshire Terrace.

Thursday 14th June, 1pm to 2pm: Cossack Show – Traditional Russian and Ukrainian acrobatic dance;
Friday 15th June, 1pm to 2pm: The Dele Titicaca Band – Authentic Peruvian pipe band;
Monday 18th June, 1pm to 2pm: The Complete Madness band in concert;
Thursday 21st June, 1pm to 2pm: Senegalese Kora Master Jali Fily Cissoko and his live band;
Friday 22nd June, 1pm to 2pm: The Talking Trees - Australian didgeridoos and djembes ensemble;
Thursday 28th June – 1pm to 2pm: Japaneseque – Traditional Geisha dance accompanied by live shamisen, koto and shakuhachi music;
Thursday 5th July – 1pm to 2pm - Parisian Moulin Rouge style dance by The Show Company;
Thursday 13th July – 1pm to 2pm - Authentic Argentinian Tango Show by internationally renowned, professional dancers.
All shows are open to the public and registration is not required.

Some images of the exclusive Oriental Silk Arts & Craft Exhibition that Devonshire Square hosted in its historical Western Courtyard last weekend. Visitors had the chance to admire a wide range of some of the finest handcrafted silk products created by using the most traditional textile techniques dating back to the Song dynasty. A collection of fine crewel embroidery artworks by award winning artist Qian Liping was also on show. The event was organised in partnership with P&...Y Service Solutions Ltd and was meant to represent a retrospective journey from the traditional garments designs typical of the Song dynasty to the contemporary creations inspired by the imperial style, showcased during the China Fashion Week’s shows last February. On Sunday 20th May, from 6pm to 9pm, the historical surroundings of Devonshire Square’s Western Courtyard will be the stage for a spectacular opera concert by Roman Tenor Yuri Sabatini.
The talented Tenor, who has been delighting audiences with outstanding performances all over Europe, will take the spectators to a journey of discovery through some of the most romantic and intense songs ever written for the tenor voice.

Happy Easter from Devonshire Square! As every year, Devonshire Square is hosting in its Central Courtyard the “Easter Tree”, a colourful installation dedicated to The Honeypot Children's Charity, a UK based organization that has been working since 1996 to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and young carers age 5-12 years. The 300 eggs that decorate the tree have been hand- painted in a simple naïf style by using a range of painting techniques, including water, oil and ...acrylic paint, along with natural dyes from red and yellow onion skins. We would like to thank everyone who has joined us in supporting this wonderful cause! Happy Easter everyone!

Devonshire Square is a perfect place for events and community campaigns. The western courtyard is very flexible and allows you to hold a variety types of events and exhibitions. I am very glad to say, on behalf of P&Y International Services Solutions, that it was an enjoyable experience cooperating with Devonshire Square when holding our Oriental Silk Exhibition in June 2018. Thank you so much Patrizia, the event manager, for helping us with the set up and everything. I would definitely recommend Devonshire Square. Looking forward to working with you again.
Devonshire Square has been the perfect choice for my event, One Enchanted Evening on the 20th of May. The location was magical and everyone had an absolute fabulous time. Some of the local restaurants supported the event and on top of that, the customer service and security staff was super-helpful, professional and friendly. I couldn't have dreamt a better end result than what Patrizia Sechi and her team at Devonshire Square delivered for us. Thank you. You've been amazing!!
