Dewsbury Cars 24/7 Taxi Service

Call centre operator was rubbish and to say it's advertised as a 24/7 taxi firm they seemed to not care and I would have trouble getting a taxi. I won't be using these again.

Order taxied waited 20 minutes phone up twice got told it will be with me in a min in the end cancelled it not very good service made me late not a bunny

Discussing service I ever since. Call the taxi to Morley and need to go somewhere else but they charge really high price if compare with different company taxi. I made the call the office, told a ladies which she said she is manager, shout at me because I didn't clear to say I need to go somewhere else as well, didn't listen to what I am trying to say about the price the driver charge me. Just shout at me. Wow the most upset experience in the morning for me. Don't use that taxi please! They don't even respect customer at all. Be careful with them, they don't tell you the price and finally charge you so high. Go the same destination, the same place everyday for 3 weeks because of work, normally other charge 23-25£ . This driver not showing the meter, he went the longer way which I never go before not by tomtom and he said that is shorter, so finally he charge 28£. Keep this kind of driver you will lost lot customer.

Booked a taxi which didn't turn up on time. Called and was told the driver was helping another driver and our driver was going to be 30 mins. Taxi cancelled.

Discussing taxi Smelling of chicken tikka masala with a side of rice and chips and a garlic dip! driver didn't no where he was going! He was 10mins late! And charged twice as much as crown taxis of dewsbury! Will not use this company again! Avoid at all costs
