An example of a non qualified repair carried out when a “new” customer has his mate service the brakes on his caravan and instead of replacing the one shot hub nuts they were locktight and glued on !!! At one point I thought my breaker bar was going to snap trying to get them off ! Thankfully now re assembled using the correct method with new parts and I have a new very content customer

It’s been a while since posting as we have been working hard to become AWS approved , so here’s a few pics of some repairs carried out recently to hitch covers which literally were snapped and broken to pieces

I am so proud and pleased to a announce that after 2 years of studying , exams and purchasing a new van that we are now NCC Approved workshop scheme AWS , which enables me to cater for all of my existing and new clients for caravans / Motorhome’s of all ages new or old in order to maintain the manufacturers warranty .

I had the opportunity to carry out some of the safety checks on this converted inmate transport people vehicle which is now a catering facility providing food/burgers and all sorts of fabulous home cooked food . The work that James Price and key4life are doing is humbling and such a great cause guiding and steering our youth and future generation . I have the best customers ever ! Repairing the 12v wiring circuit whilst being fed with warm cheese scones and butter for lunch and Bread and butter pudding and hot custard for afternoon tea . It’s a hard life this repairing caravans !!!😀😀😀

A challenging repair to a hobby that had a puncture hole to the upper front panel with several cracks Repaired / repainted with texture additive to replicate plastic finish , also front A frame cover cracked . This is what I love about this job , carrying out work for customers who really appreciate what can be achieved . Paint correction to Autotrail that a previous “smart” repairer repair carried out , and also left rear end cap totally cracked from top to bottom as well as spare wheel carrier fibreglass repair .handover to customer who was chuffed to bits

Rebuilding all the window frames on this 2006 Bailey Indiana horizontal and vertical frames in all three were totally rotten and required replacing. It certainly pushed my wood working skills but what a difference a day makes !

Had the pleasure of working on this first class built Bessacar Motorhome Repair to top rail puncture damage. Handover today and owners very pleased with the results
