Even though Danny was busy on the day, he managed to come round in the evening and gave an accurate assessment of our boiler. We have hot water and heating again the next day. Excellent service!

Danny was extremely quick in responding to my leaky toilet. He came within 5 mins and was able to fix it temporarily until the additional part arrived. Extremely professional and helpful - Cannot fault the service.

Could not have asked for more. We discovered a hole had appeared in our flexi soil pipe behind the loo, courtesy of the rat we've heard recently when sitting there. Danny came round and sorted it in a flash/flush. Very professional, courteous and effective.

Really suggesting people using the plumber form this company. I made the call in late afternoon to fix my Kichen tap and he dropped by same day late evening as he promised. He is speedy, managed to replace my kichen tap and fix the leaking Toliet junction under an hour with reasonable price. As I was told by other plumber previously, it will took 3 hrs job to get them done. Really appreciate for his hard work.

Excellent all round. Found DHP after crossreferencing all the positive reviews on various search engines and sites. And Danny lived up to the expectation. Excellent service, quick, professional and competitively priced. Even better that he was able to shift things round so that he could squeeze me in in the same day.

Danny is brilliant. And SO helpful. We had a broken ballcock (that I discovered late last night in a very old cistern). I texted him at 08:30 this morning. He replied almost immediately and was with us, after his scheduled day's work, by 6pm. Not only that, but what appeared would be a simple job, turned into a much more complex one (other components had also worn out). He offered me the option not to fix them - to save money and time - but when I asked him to change those too, even though it was late he did so quite happily, even though it turned a quick twenty minute job into an hour plus very laborious one (involving taking the whole cistern off the wall..!!) He did so even though it cut into his evening - and he did it with great positive spirit AND charged me a really reasonable rate too. I couldn't be more pleased. This is not the first time Danny has helped us in this way. He is a fantastic guy who, in my experience, will go out of his way to do a great job - and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Our old boiler was becoming problematic and not many heating engineers seemed keen to even look at it (awkward and discontinued model) for a service. No such trouble with Danny who clearly knew what he was doing. He got it up and running but given the age of the boiler we decided to not push our luck and wanted to go for a full replacement and he was our first port of call. His quotes were very competitive and he has performed an excellent job. Our new boiler is now in the loft (moved from a cupboard in the house) and he and Mark were very thorough in ensuring our entire heating system was thoroughly flushed so it can operate much more efficiently. They also serviced all of our radiators and fixed one that was previously not working. Our house has never been warmer and we're happy to recommend DHP to anybody considering using them. Danny clearly knows his stuff and we were happy to go with the boiler he recommended. One tip - book in advance as they are in demand!

After moving my son into his new flat in Woolwich we had a problem with the boiler leaking water which was damaging the flat below. Not knowing the area I gave DHP a call and although he could not help personally due to it being his daughter's birthday and despite my lay persons description of the problem he talked me through a remedy and saved the day. I have no hesitation in fully recommending DHP for brilliant customer service and have made sure my son has his number in his phone in case of emergencies. Will certainly be getting DHP to service the boiler and check it's serviceability soonest. Thank you DHP.

Excellent service, great communication. Danny was great, gave our boiler a thorough service, and explained things clearly to a complete novice. Would definitely use them again.

Danny came round very soon and sorted the problem without any fuss. Also went the extra mile and followed up, a day later, by ringing me with more info about my boiler, which he'd obtained from the supplier. Great job!

Can't recommend Danny and his team enough. Leak in bathroom fixed done efficiently and at a high standard. Definitely be keeping them in my contacts if I ever need a plumber again.
