most reliable and excellent service to travel with would recommend it to everyone for every journey

if your not fast your last but wow what a service peolple not only i got there 3mins early i left my wallet which contained 1500 pound in the taxi. it was so gratful that the cab driver even waited outside the place were i did manage to secure the job ive always dreamed of. and soon i went out of the office to ring the same taxi firm to get me home.guess what and look the driver had respect and courage to say its yr lucky day today pal. i did not have a clue what he was going to say i.e did you get the job;but instead he handed me back my gucci wallet to which this point i was shell shocked and amazed to witness what a gent and what a heart this taxi firm has got. and therefore i rewarded this driver 100pound instantly to which he refused but still at the end i managed to encourage him to take it. i advise all my friends and other people to use dial a ride in the future as they are the best in westyorkshie for...sure no doubt. honesty and dignity will get you far with trust respect and loyalty and dial a ride is for me all day every day now for sure... i recommend to use this firm people.. get dialing folkes. 01274 544100... enjoy. and thanks shamas for the return of the wallett and its contents which was inside em. much respect mate...

What a service.

I was getting late and used these as my usual taxi firm let me down for one week..

I used these for three weeks and leaving review today.

Work on time every time. As soon as I open my door taxi is waiting outside.

I'm also surprised and how clean and nice fragranced their cars are compared to previous company. Drivers are all nice and have a good chat with you.

Highly recommended taxi firm use them and support them people. Cannot stress enough how good they were.

Dial a ride taxis are undoubtedly the best taxi firm ever all the drivers have so much respect for me and my family if I ever have any problems they solve it I was once over charged by a new driver he was sacked and the money I was owed was brought to my door writhing an hour every single driver here is amazing and the owner Farouk I have so much time and respect for him their all just brilliant thankyou you lot ❤️

Couldn't start my car this evening, not sure what to do when a lovely guy stopped and offered to help. Turns out he was a taxi driver from Dial A Ride, though I only knew because of the logo on his car. He jump started my car, and I got home fine. I shall definitely be using this company in future.

Car 3 did his utter best to get my sister and friend home this evening thank you 😊 so much

Can’t fault at all, from the second you order your taxi to second your dropped off they’re amazing. Fast waiting times even on a Saturday, cover the whole of the area (even Keighley!) cheap prices and nicest drivers I’ve found. Will go above and beyond to get you home even in the snow�
