Left us waiting for a prebooked Taxi for 40 minutes.
We were a party of 7, first Taxi arrived on time but the rest of us had to wait. Called the office four times to ask where the taxi driver was, every time I was told the driver was on route or was “two minutes away”. In the end a diamond driver who had come to our hotel for another pick up agreed to take us. Office staff don’t know what they’re doing. Would not recommend!!!

Pre booked and were quoted for 4 taxis (6 seaters) for our weekend at an event.. 3 turned up so all good. last 1 failed to arrive. Upon calling we were told we didn't book a 6 seater so they sent a car. Leaving 2 of us behind. We were assured another car would be 15 mins. 35 mins we are still sitting there 2 ladies I might add. A car pulled up. Said we were staying to far away (20 mins ish) as he would lose other fares . I argued this with him as we had pre booked. He agreed then charged us not the £9.90 quoted but £15. Refused to radio in and then the company said they were unaware of this taxi. Hmmm their name is all over it. So please use with caution.

Excellent timing. Rude employees. You really need to get to grips with your hiring. Reflects on poor management

I visited Telford for a convention at the International Centre. I needed a cab to and from the hotel and I booked online both trips. I was given a price and this is the exact amount of money I paid. Both drivers were friendly. On both occasions they were on time. The cars were not in a prestene and super clean condition but it was not bothering. I have read lots of bad reviews and I just wanted to share my experience.

I booked a taxi the telephone operator gave me different price through the phone and unfortunately they charged me a completely different price when i paid. When I called to complain the lady was very rude and aggressive towards me and she said in very simple way that it was her colleague's mistake and shut the phone down. thank you Diamond car service was the last time that i called you.

Was slightly dubious due to the hit or miss feedback. I have to say that I have a very good experience phone operator was friendly texts were sent updating me of my booking, very reassuring. Although the taxi driver missed my house (honest mistake as my house has no number) I was able to call the office and this was sorted out in a few minutes. Very happy with the service and price.

Dreadful. No other way to describe them. Had a taxi booked for 14:15, rang at 14:30. Was told 8 mins. Rang again, was told the driver had cancelled the booking! Had to panic and get friend to pick up daughter from primary school. Ring the school to check they were ok with this. Just don't bother. Walk, crawl do anything except book with this company.

I was very dubious about using Diamond due to negative feedback but I must say..
We ore booked our taxi and an hour before it was due to collect us from venue u called to delay it by an hour - no problem!! It arrived spot in the time with a text message to inform us
