Great news this morning with our first client 🙂 Up two levels on the treadmill Lifting 2.5kg heavier A lost of an inch all over and down 5.3lb all that with a week off poorly and a birthday celebration. Consistent 💪

Well where do I start?? First of all for me to post something on a public forum like this is testimony itself to the confidence I have gained by having PT sessions with Jen at diamond fitness. I am on a weight loss journey like many people and have been for most of my adult life. Despite being a dancer until I was 25 I have always been a "big girl". I'm a psychiatric nurse so work stupid shifts and so over time eating at ALL the wrong times bad habits have forms so much so I didn't even really realise my downfalls. I always had an excuse of why I didn't go to the gym (the gym that I pay nearly £50 a month for) my mood was in my boots, I had no energy and I was miserable. Nothing in the past has helped my motivation but I noticed Jen was starting to work with pre and post weight loss surgery patients..... (I had been offered a gastric bypass but had been under the dieticians for over a year and had put on weight, where I was actually meant to lose 2 stone before they would operate) I knew Jen from a few years ago and thought yeah I'm sure I could trust her with my very personal journey. So I messaged and arranged my 1st session. I already know Jen as being bright and friendly and non judgemental and this is exactly as she remained. I have been having personal training sessions for 3 months Now, and my real weight loss journey has started, Jens sessions have been more than traditional PT sessions they are educational and motivational which to he honest is a bloody miracle. I was so worried because i was so unfit and don't get me wrong I have a very long way to go but my head space has changed and the only difference in can really pin point is Jen. I was terrified about exercising in front of anyone because I got out of breath quickly and it's embarrassing but in this environment I have been nothing but encouraged and been made to feel at ease. I've been enjoying my sessions which is a big surprise, Jen has been so supportive she's even been to the gym with me to reintroduce me to the environment i find so intimidating. I've downloaded an app that tracks your food, Jen checks in on this and will send motivational messages and encouragement throughout the week. So I just wanted to say a big thanks to Jen for being on my journey with me and hopefully make people feel more comfortable about taking the massive step of that initial contact. I'm looking forward to the new classes coming and when work allows I will make sure I'm there to support everyone in there weight loss journey.

It was the perfect level of hard work I needed on my problem areas! Shown lower and higher level moves on each exercise � Today is the day after and I can't half tell my muscles were well and truly worked out yesterday ��

I love the monthly chair dance workshops. Such a fab alternative exercise in a fun way! I'm always make to feel welcome and leave with a smile, feeling confident!! �

I have been attending the Bump into Fitness class for the past few months and have absolutely loved it ! Jen is a fantastic trainer with so much knowledge and experience to share! She has kept me motivated to keep fit throughout my pregnancy and I always look forward to the class every week ! There’s is always a range of exercises to do to fit individual needs along with stretches, pelvic floor exercises, relaxation techniques and nutrition advice! Can’t thank Jen enough for all her help throughout my first pregnancy � would recommend Jen and the class to all ! Xx

Great hips bums and tums class, lots of work out options for every level. Had fun too! Felt it in muscles I didn't know I had! Lol

Fantastic PT service! Jenny created a programme that suited my individual needs and fitted in with daily life which made my fitness goals achievable! I never would have achieved my targets without the motivation Jenny gave me. Highly recommended, professional service!
