Diamond Way Buddhism Brighton

Diamond Way Buddhism is a network of lay meditation centres within the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, founded by Lama Ole Nydahl and under the spiritual authority of H. H. 17th Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje.

Our Buddhist Centre was established in 2003 and is located in a shop-front premises off Baker Street in the London Road area near the centre of Brighton. There is always a short introduction to Buddhism, followed by a guided Buddhist meditation. These meditation classes are suitable for all who wish to learn to meditate. Newcomers are welcome, and there is always time to ask questions over a cup of tea after the meditation. We also have a small library and shop with Diamond Way Buddhist books and magazines.
We regularly hold courses on Buddhism and Buddhist meditation classes, guided by experienced practitioners and travelling teachers appointed by Lama Ole Nydahl. All weekly guided meditation classes are free of charge.
