Hi .me and my hubby stopped here on a Saturday night. I went there because reviews where good only thing I didnt know was the reviews where good because any other night its 37 pound and not 109 pound. The room was awful and the breakfast rubbish help yourself, crappy cup a soups aswell. I did go down to ask for a different room all i got was its full and occupied the manager phoned me four hours later and said what Do you expect for a Saturday night. Your not aloud to take drink in due to there religion even though there is no bar . I asked for a refund so I could go else where they said no. I spoke to other people who where also very dissapointed never ever will i stop again. And if I could give you a zero i would for your rating. You seriously need to get a b and b at Blackpool for the way you look after what could be a beautiful b and b
Discusting! Stayed here for one night and nearly walked straight back out the door. Paper hanging from the ceiling where damp had got in through the roof in multiple places. Out dated decor and quite frankly the pictures on here make it look nice but it's really not. Mismatched bedding, headboard was lower than the mattress. Couldn't lock the bedroom door. 1 toilet with no sink in there shared between 6 people, huge bacteria issue as can't wash hands after using toilet, have to touch door handle of shared toilet, then room keys, then room door handle and taps before you can wash hands, very unhygienic. Had to use the light on my phone to put make up on as had main light on and bedside light but the room just glowed a low yellow haze. TV didn't work well. Not allowed alcohol in the building nor was there a full English breakfast. Charged extra for parking after high room costs in the first place. Would never stay again. Only plus can say the duvet and pillows were clean.

Nice comfortable rooms we had a large room with a big bathroom . Very good value for money , we wasnt expecting for the room to be that nice as it was just a 3star hotel Plenty of space for us .Great choice of breakfast not cooked but good choice of breads, cereal and different spreads. Just a short walk into the city centre down one straight road also bus stops close by .
Good! Good location, short walk to York attractions Room was clean and organized, service was good, breakfast good.
Nice B&B very close to the center of York. Very clean and organized rooms. Continental breakfast included, plus nice little in-room inventory of tea, instant coffee, milk and biscuits. Very simple reservation, check-in and check-out processes. Recommended.
Cheap B&B but no one there at check in, no booze allowed, lots of charges threatened and breakfast only continental.

Nice, warm quiet room , bed very comfortable.
Easy access in to York, either walking or bus (bus stop very nearby).
Good value for money.
Generous choice of breakfast-cereals, croissants, toast, crumpets etc. Only downside no hot breakfast which you expect from a B&B.
Would definitely return and recommend.
Service was fine. Room was good!
We got a double twin room with shared toilet. The room was comfy, although underneath the bed it was rather dusty. Breakfast was alright but it was self service.
The toilet, however, was terrible. I found a turd in the toilet and couldn't flush it, so I ended up not using it at all.
