One thing I've learnt from all the years as a beauty therapist is that having a good skin can be achieved by simple steps at home. Apple cider vinegar is one of my favourites. Drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water as you wake up every morning. This helps with flushing out toxins and helps cleanse your system.
