My name is Diane Taylor, I am a counsellor and hypnotherapist working in Southampton, Hampshire.

I am a Registered Member of the Accredited National Counselling and National Hypnotherapy Society to give you peace of mind and confidence when seeking help.

As a counsellor I will not advise or have the answers to your questions, but quite often you do. I will work with you to gain understanding of your difficulties and to identify ways to live your life more happily. When life hits a difficult phase or we are struggling to make sense of our day to day, to be able to share our thoughts and feelings, with a non-judgmental, objective person, can help facilitate the necessary changes in our lives to balance our emotions.

By working together we will use an integrative approach, in a safe and confidential environment, offering flexible methods as a response to your needs such as psychodynamic work, person centered, CBT, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.

With the experience gained though working with a local bereavement charity and a leading university I have developed a strong interest in areas of anxiety, loss and emotional challenges.

My practice rooms in Bedford Place and Norfolk Road Southampton, are easily accessible by car and public transport from within Southampton and the surrounding areas, car parking nearby. I offer daytime and evening appointments and endeavour to be flexible around client's work and personal commitments.
