Nice Manager Mon/Fri, recommended this place when I used them in the past and to any tenants we have. (Actually they got a taker last week because of me!) However, because the one they showed me was too small - not fit for purpose! They thought they had me over a barrell with a higher rate unit at not a deal price. Not that desperate I'm going to be ripped off!. Asked for my £100 deposit bk and will go somewhere else. 😠. Make sure you get a CONTRACT deal first people and a good rate!. Will not be recommending to our 180+ blackpool tenants in future. Sorry have to say it how it is. Oh I do praise companies too where warranted. Hope the view rating gets adjusted as it hasn't registered my one star?
