ItвҖҷs been a busy Sunday here. Woke up 5am and went for a 70mins run/power walk just to burn some вҖңchubbinessвҖқ then prepped the kids for church. Btw I have not recouped from workout. Group meeting today felt my presence after I pounded heavily on the pounded yam and okra soup garnished with well seasoned smoked stockfish вҖңpanlaвҖқ, cowskin вҖңPonmoвҖқ, Stewed Fried Chicken and assorted meat. Note not poundo oooo. I decided to unwind the evening ...with Grilled Cow Beef вҖңSuyaвҖқ , Seasoned Snails, Smoked peppered Goat meat вҖңasunвҖқ, Chicken Suya Pizza from dominos and Malta Guinness.
Please tell me if I recouped my workout or I should eat more.
