Didier'S Patisserie Description
Created and established in 1995, Didier's provides the finest patisserie, all made from quality ingredients.
Didier's passion for his craft began as a small boy in his home village of Perreux, where he would assist his Father in the delivery of milk to the local patisseries. Didier was fascinated by the Chef's Patissiers with their inherited skills and techniques.
Since this time Didier has developed his passion for patissierie, and has had the good fortune of working with some of the masters, who have inspired him to search for fresh ideas and the finest ingredients which are presented to you at Didier's Patisserie.
