Our lovely 10am member Jan, went home with this beauty yesterday morning, almost 2 stone lighter, and made some excellent choices over the past few weeks to keep her on track , when keeping on track was very challenging. Congratulations lovely! x
What an absolute star! Emma has been staying in Manchester and missed her own groups in Northern Ireland and that wasn't going to stop her commitment of her weight loss journey, so she found a group whilst visiting in Didsbury.
