About Digital Nurse

Digital Nurse creates compassionate materials and toolkits to support self-management, treatment adherence and wellness for people living with disease and the HCPs that care for them. We are a boutique agency with a person-centric approach, founded by two sisters, one an Advanced Nurse Practitioner working extensively with biologics and the other an award-winning content strategist. This combination of clinical and creative experience is why forward-thinking pharmaceutical companies hire us. Just like you, we are driven by care, compassion and improving lives. ABOUT USWe offer patient materials, service design, tone-of-voice guidance, stakeholder co-creation and nurse-led motivational training. We take a rigorous, evidence-based approach to every project. We get into your heads and patients' shoes. It doesn't matter which disease or treatment type – we've worked across several. Our work has an authentic caring voice, which takes years of actual experience with patients to refine. We find that large creative agencies can't mimic it; our clients have realised this too. Since 2017 we've focused primarily on Patient Support Programmes, supporting at a global and country level, and we'd love to do more. We are highly professional, reliable and collaborative - we can help you extract empathy as well as quality from internal teams and third-party agencies. Because of our person-centred, empathic approach and its positive impact for patients, we've been asked to speak at conferences, attend Parliamentary groups and run motivational training in hospitals. OUR CLIENTSClients include pharma companies such as AstraZeneca, Kyowa Kirin, Roche and UCB, the NHS and patient organisations. We can provide behind-the-scenes support to health comms agencies too. We also work on grant-based projects. We founded the award-winning, Arthur's Place, a not-for-profit digital health resource and social network for young adults with arthritis and related conditions.
