I help you communicate by offering writing, websites and design, but I can also help with general business advice and marketing.

Happily I have a knack for being able to understand why something isn't working and see how to fix it. I untangle knots in people's business and communications.

I have a BA in English and Philosophy and an MA in creative writing, along with fifteen years using technology to help people, through alternative learning and media workshops.

So I have technical skills, a designers eye and a writers attention to detail, but more than anything I have learned to communicate - to talk English and be clear.

I bring this clarity to my work and make sure you fully understand what I advise and why. Humans first, technology second!
