Where do I start, the staff are outstanding, and so helpful, after bad experience from (Maidenhead aquatics)@dobbies, I didn’t think that I could find somewhere as helpful as this place, Ben and Kieran have advised me so much on my pond, with 2 endless week of high ammonia and then high nitrites and loosing around 12 fish, with full pond changes, treatments and just trying so hard to keep the rest of our fish alive as they were my partners grandads who sadly pasted away in April, now I can safely say my water levels are perfect, my fish have spawned as well, and I can’t thank them enough, thank u all so much

Well worth exploring Dillywood Lane to discover this fab independent garden centre. Stocked with good quality affordable plants. Also fab range of pond/fish supplies and stonewares.

The owner needs to promote this super garden centre more widely - it's a hidden gem!

Popped in for the first time today after hearing a lot about them from other people, must say it impressed, great stock, healthy fish with fair prices to match!

I often pop in to see what new stock they have, and have bought numerous fish over the years and not once have I ever had a problem with them, great shop �

Pond fish looked great, tanks not so good. Lots of weed and poorly looking fish.

Nice selection of fish especially the catfish, tanks clean and water clear.

After using a number of lfs I now only use this one has fish are always healthy and happy. Knowledgeable staff always on hand. Good for garden plants to. Also love the new addition eagle heights defiantly recommend this place

Went in today for first time in a long time and pretty much Walked straight back out. It's gone down hill big time. Dirty tanks. Sand turning green in the bags on the shelfs and stock thats been on the shelfs so long it's sun bleached. Such a shame

We brought 2 cleaner shrimp and 2 other marine fish from these on sunday and within 2 hours the cleaner shrimp were dead,took them back next day and had water test done,was told we had high salt level which is funny as we buy water already to use from a good supplier who we have contacted and have said the salt level is fine. Not happy with service as i feel we were fobbed off,won't be going back again.

Haven't been to dillywood for a few years... Visited recently and I was not impressed.. The tanks need a good clean hardly any fish there.. Not many marine fish any more either.. Some tanks were just glassed bottom no sand or gravel.. And as for the staff there was no one down the fish house at all the only person I could see was a lady at the till.. Think the man was to busy smoking out the front.. All in all its gone right down hill from a couple of years ago needs a good clean and possibly a new manager that could get there staff doing there jobs on the shop floor looking after the fish cleaning the tanks! It's a shame really that they employ lazy staff!!

Have always brought marine fish here, had a picasso trigger die today and then realised all the fish I've brought from dillywoods have died! All the fish I've brought from elsewhere are thriving and happy, my water is all spot on too! Total waste of bloody money!

Brought 6 koi two have died within two weeks and have infected my pond. Could kill the rest of my koi I've had for years. The staffs answer was here is some salt and a treatment. That's another £20 thanks. They did offer to test my water but to late there fish have already infected it. Funny how the tank they came from is empty now. Thanks for shit fish and shit help.

Don't buy from there

Bought 4 fish from this so called good place.... think again people within 20 mins of getting fish home one was motionless on the bottom of tank. Rang and spoke to a gent who said bring it back we will replace it. Water test done..... out the back... out of view of myself... which I think is unfair as could be any water they've tested. Funny how other fish I bought from them same day are ok and the ones already in my tank. Wouldn't honour their so called guarantee. Their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's copied on. Think I may speak to trading standards and let them know what a croc of shit place this is. Day light f***ing robbers.
