We went for our daughters 11th birthday we took her friend with us and they had a fantastic time as did we, I would recommend dinky dory's to anyone lovely staff and attention to detail all made a perfect experience thank you so much x

Walked past many times and wondered what it was like. Wasn’t disappointed. Ordered Nutella waffles and French pancakes. Excellent food, excellent service and beach style interior. Will definitely be returning!

Visited today with my daughter for lunch on my daughter's recommendation. It was well worth it the place is gorgeous. The beach theme is brilliant and the food was 1st Class and loads of it... when it came in a bucket with spade it was great fun. It's a really nice space. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely return again.

Visited here for the first time today and it was absolutely amazing! We loved the food, the cocktails and the design of DinkyDory. Loving the huts you can sit in and the swing seats, and the service was amazing! Would definitely recommend

So it's opening week and apparently they are experiencing 'teething problems' if the vegan waffles taste this good when there's problems, I can't wait to visit when you've all fully settled in.

The staff were so helpful, getting allergy menus out and going through all the options available to us.

Staff seemed unfazed by any issues they were experiencing behind the scenes, but the apologies and explanations about delays more than made up for these slight delays.

Couldn't recommend more. Will definitely return. A lovely place that offers something new and different to Ormskirk.

Nice little bar. With lovely staff. I went in with my husband and 10 month old son. They couldn't have been anymore welcoming and helpful! Thinking of going in tomorrow to do some PhD writing in one of the beach huts

My daughter and I had Sundaes here and they were amazing, she now wants it to be our Friday treat after school, so we are going to be regulars!

Like a day out at the seaside, great place for families, and a great place for a drink in the evening, popped in bank holiday Monday, staff were excellent very friendly, and chatty, food looked good too 😬

I visited this little gem at the weekend with some friends, after talking to the manager we found out it had only just opened that week!

The decor is amazing! Never seen anything like it we ended up taking about 100 pictures in all the different beach huts and lighted swings we had an absolute ball!!

We had food at the Wetherspoons before we went but after looking at the menu we were gutted we didn’t have food there as they have a really cool menu I think it’s like an American type of themed food but looked amazing!

Between us all we went through the whole cocktail menu and loved every one of them! Couldn’t believe how cheap they were for how good they tasted!

The staff were all really friendly especially the manager he made us feel really welcome and even sat down with us and had a chat he was a very interesting guy he’s a Spanish Scotsman haha go figure that one out!

We will 100% be visiting this place next weekend as we had such a laugh and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Ormskirk!

Have been in a couple of times, always found the staff so lovely and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. Food is always amazing and always a short wait. Managers Jack and Joe are always so helpful. Cannot wait to return. Would definitely recommend

Visited this evening with 4 adults, 1 teen and 6 children. We had mocktails, drinks and food . The people working the bar and waiting on were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, and speedy, when considering it’s a Saturday night and there were 11 of us. Would recommend! One tip, there are lots of chips and really the 3 youngest could have shared a portion.

Been a few times nice drinks freindy staff nice seaside feel just been to improve with the music.Would be good to hear beach boys hits or anything to do with summer .Good place to go I like quirky.

Love the theme!! but I think the cocktails need work they are way to sweet. I can drink cocktails all day everyday but couldn’t even finish one cocktail at Dinky Dory. But I would recommend the place to others just maybe not the cocktails
