Vegan dish full of flavour chana & potato with NO additional oils.
A traditional Indian dish my mum and gran have cooked for me over and over. I'v now remade it with no additional oils.
4 of my dishes with no additional oil/fat were sent last week to be analysed for national oil/fat.so I can have a like for like comparison on the same products in the maket.the dishes sent are potato & spring onion,kala chana,chicken curry and lamb mince curry.
