Went on a Sunday swing/rock and roll afternoon. Had a great time, staff lovely even though they must have been tired from Pride the day before. Looking forward to the next dance afternoon.

User

Up until about 11pm, the music was top class. Four hours I was there and heard top rock song after top rock song. Then the usual bland RnB/ hip hop cane on with dj. Only other issue was a lack of beer on tap as not a bud fan.

User

So much fun, girls are amazing, band are brilliant and staff are professional and welcoming! Perfect for a group of the lads or a date night! X

User

Really fun night out! The happy hour is great and the staff all very friendly

User

Love the cocktails and the food! Great atmosphere had a really fun night. The live band and dancers were amazing would recommend to my friends and come back soon! Service was good too.

User

Live music, beer & cocktails at reasonable prices, waitresses wandering around serving jäger bombs, awesome burgers if the munchies get you, and Harry's Honeys gyrating on the bar to top it all off - watch out for Grace; she's amazing! It doesn't get much better than this.

Make my day! It certainly did!

User

I had an excelent experience, good service, nice people, best music set! I would come back definitely...

User

Had a great night at Dirty Harrys....I was probably the oldest in the place that night but great music ...excellent band ..the dancers looked happy which is important....good service and happy staff !! Making a point of taking some of mates there soon

User

Friendly staff, great live bands, amazing dancers! Totally worth going for an awesome night out experience!

User

First time there last night. Atmosphere, staff, security, rest rooms, dancers were on point. Didn't have any cider. Other than that very recommendable.

User

After trying many bars during the day we literally stumbled across Dirty Harrys and had no idea what we were walking into. We planned on having 1 drink and moving on. We never left. One of the best nights Ive had and would recommend everyone goes here. Already planning next visit but definitely want to try one of the burgers next time round. Cocktails were also very good and could actually taste the alchol in them. Staff and dancers were amazing, very friendly relaxed atmosphere.

User

I went to Dirty Harry's last night for the first time. I really enjoyed my evening. Went for a friends 30th. They booked a table and specified how many people were attending but upon arrival, we were given a small table that would have fit a maximum of around 3-4 of us. The staff were great and we were seated on a much larger table. I didn't order any food but wished I had as it smelt great and seemed tasty as nobody had any left overs on their plate.

I'd definitely revisit and would order food next time.

I didn't see the dancers but my friends did and they were all happy. I did see the dancers outside on their break. They all looked beautiful.

User

The bar itself is awesome. Great happy hour and drinks deals. The band and dancers also faultless. The staff however, a lot left to be desired. Instead of trying to help, their 'go to' is to make you feel you are in the wrong.

My mate went in to book an area, talked to staff member and shown area, put £150 deposit down for booking until 3am. In area from 6 and then got told at 9.45 to vacate, very aggressively, by a bouncer as another booking had been made at the same time in error. The first assistant manager was very rude, pushing my phone out my hand when I tried to show him a booking email on my phone.

Second manger was nicer and came to tell the aggressive bouncer he was misinformed and we could have our area afterall.

All seemed fine except no management seemed to talk to the other booking and several friends were approached by them saying 'you're out of order, you need to move as we booked this' which was extremely uncomfortable as it was not their fault but the bar's and they should have made everyone aware of the monumental mess up. Not leave our group to tell the other booking that the bar got it wrong. So embarrassing.

Not only that but as we went to leave at around 1am, after our group spent a lot of money in there, we were told by a different bouncer we couldn't stand directly outside as it was for the (non existent at 1.30am) queue, so we should stand in the rain.

He then got very rude to me and 2 friends because we weren't happy with this, and the other aggressive bouncer from earlier came out and said 'don't bother wasting your time on her'.

HER recommended HER group of over 20 friends who spent well in excess of £400 that night on going to THAT bar. I will no way be recommending it to anyone from now on.

The staff on the door and some of the management are so rude it's actually so far from the fun and vibrant ethos of the establishment and it's a shame that they have chosen to employ these kind of people in their bar.

Avoid!

User

Great music, vibe and staff are nice.

Was let down by a lady in the toilet kept demanding money when you on the toilet, even when we weren’t using her stuff. Understand she the help us but be nice and u get tips.

The dancers that danced on the bars were really crap but don’t know if they are restricted how they can dance.

Also think drinks were expensive even tho have pay £10 get in and to pay to put your coat in.

Also shots the ladies were coming about with were £18 for 3 jäger bombs bit pricy again.

But we had fun and would go back.

User

As a hard working hungry group of hairdressers from Essex we arrived on Saturday evening at Dirty Harrys. I had booked a table for 12 for food 4 months in advance, my friend even rang them that day to ask if catered for vegans and again the booking was confirmed. When we arrived we were led to 2 tiny tables which sat 3 people each. Was then informed by a very moody manager that there was no food as gas bottle broke, clearly they had never heard of having a replacement just in case...... she also said that an email had been sent but none was received. As a result the manager agreed to hold our table whilst we found somewhere else to eat thankfully . When we came back our tables were in use but the manager did clear them and as compensation for the disastrous start to our evening we were offered a round of drinks to compensate for there mess up. We ended up having a great evening enjoying the fabulous dancers and great D.J in basement room. Shame about the Manager the rest of the staff were fab. Would we go back yes but defo eat first. Tried going in for a birthday/Christmas celebration on the 23rd. We were even given tokens from their promotion staff on the street. Unfortunately the bouncer saw my group of friends and rejected our entry as “there wasn’t enough girls”. I highly recommend walking past this place if you’re around London.

User

Really liked the venue and the atmosphere. The only reason I gave it 1 star is;

1) you have to pay £10 to get in. Doesn’t make sense, it was pretty much empty inside. You would surely get more business if you didn’t charge £10 on entry. The club may be busier.

2) the fridges where pretty much empty. It was as if the venue was going out of business.

On the plus, the staff where friendly and the security team weren’t dicks

User

It's good fun to be there and the stuff is friendly but when trying to book a table for my birthday the event organiser/manager has definitely not heard of customer service and definitely needs to have attitude change. I decided not to book at the end as was definitely not feeling like a valued customer after trying to book a party for 30+people. So I didn't hate the place, I strongly dislike the women who was in charge of bookings....

User

I've just had a very disappointed group of girls arrive home, their night ruined by a particularly unpleasant sounding bouncer. We all understand that looking after drunk revelers is a tough job at times, but ultimately a small minority of staff still think it's ok to treat paying customers with appalling nastiness. Turning people away from your venue is likely a necessity at times, but it really is beyond me why that circumstance warrants unrestrained unpleasantness - in what other profession is it acceptable to be vile to patrons? I would thoroughly recommend everyone steer well clear, since they clearly don't care who they employ, and are happy to treat decent people disgracefully - presumably because more punters will follow regardless. I'd also hope the venue would reconsider the employment of the bouncer involved.
