We liked this venue when it was Mary Janes...but Dirty Marini have taken it to a new level. Love Happy Hour prices. Security is good, friendly but firm.

Music is OK.... can't complain, but could be taken up a notch. We love it ...

The drinks here are DELICIOUS. Come here by yourself or with friends and promise you won't be disappointed. Service was excellent and the drinks will definitely get the night started.

Staff on the ball and a pleasure to speak with. Excellent cocktails, especially the chocolate martini. Tastes even better in happy hour. Half price that lasted for 6hrs!! 🤗

I'm pretty much obsessed with this place and I hope they make their way to the States in the near future. The bartenders were super friendly and put so much care into every drink. My favorites were the Butterfly Effect and The Beehive but honestly, every drink was delicious! And you cannot beat their insane happy hour prices. Thanks for a great time guys!

From the moment I arrived all staff and management were amazing, Friendly, attentive and very pleasant through out the whole evening!! I will go back again... out group had a fabulous time!

Booked a table here on Thurs eve. Bouncer was very friendly on arrival, and gave me a good 1st impression of the bar.

Best Happy Hour in the area. Wine, Prosecco and cocktails included. And on till 8pm.

Food was delicious (a bit small but I am greedy) and the staff were amazing. They were friendly but prodessional and very attentive.

Fantastic bar and we will be back again soon :)

Great atmosphere/ service

Not bad Cocktails selection, but when asked for a Martin not on the menu, they couldn't accommodate that! However, most places do! Wine selection not great, the two different bottles we did order, weren't as tasty as hoped! DM needs to look into this...

A group of us went to this branch for a cocktail making class for a friends birthday. All of the staff at this venue were friendly & the cocktail making class was great. We later on decided to go onto the Liverpool Street branch. When we got there we was greeted by a very rude doorman & another gentleman who denied all 6 of us access. When asked why? we was told that one of our friends were unsteady on her feet. We explained we had just been to their other branch for a cocktail making class, and that our friend may have been a little tipsy but she certainly wasn’t at a state where she was falling about or not in control of her own senses. We then asked to speak to the manager, to which the other gentleman piped up saying that he was the manager (his her was Merton). He continued to deny my friend entry and then said the rest of us wasn’t allowed in as we had displayed inappropriate behaviour. When we challenged him and asked him to explain what he meant he said “I don’t have to answer you” & walked off. I am highly disgusted by the way we was treated and would expect better from such a well known franchise. We spent over £200 in the Minories branch.

I would suggest the manager at the Liverpool Street branch goes on a costumer service course. I definitely won’t be returning �

Went last night for a friends birthday, a group of 7 of us. We had a table booked which was next to the bar upstairs. We sat here for a good 2-3 hours then decided to move downstairs but were told by our waitress/hostess that we could leave our coats on our table as they were safe, it was our table, no one else would be allowed on it and it was ours til 3am so that’s what we did. When I went back to get my coat at around 11.30 it was gone. I obviously checked with all my friends that no one had moved it or picked it up by mistake which they hadn’t so then went to find staff to help. This is when things turned nasty. I’ve never encountered such rude, unprofessional people. Nobody wanted to know, nobody wanted to help. Our hostess checked the cloak room and then disappeared. Everyone we spoke to accused me of being a liar and said it was my own fault for leaving it where I had even though that was what they’d told us to do. Nobody wanted to take any responsibility. We ended up in a shouting match with the so called manager who was extremely rude and unhelpful and needs a bloody good lesson in customer service!! We then also ended up in a blazing row with the doorman out front of the building as he accused me of being a liar and wouldn’t even let me speak when I went over and tried to ask him for some help! He put his hand up to my face and told me to stop talking! We asked to check the cctv and was told it would take too long and basically we should just stop causing a scene and go home!! I refused to leave until something was done and eventually a guy came and found me and said he’d checked the cctv and had seen someone steal my coat. We went and watched it and you can see it happen as clear as anything. I’ve now left the matter with him in the hope of it being resolved but I’m not holding out much hope. I was offered nothing in the way of compensation whatsoever and had to go home in the freezing cold and rain without a coat! I’d also just bought a bottle of prosecco and been charged £13 more than it should have been which I had to query and get a refund on and then didn’t even get to drink it because of all this happening. Terrible customer services, will be complaining everywhere I can until something is done and will not be returning!!!
