Went to the St Pauls venue on Saturday for my friend's hen do. There were 14 of us. We did a cocktail making class which was good fun & then stayed on for more cocktails. Happy hour was great! Half price Martini cocktails from 5pm - 8pm! Being disabled, it's a rarity to find a bar that's accessible in London. There was a ramp & a radar key disabled toilet. Perfect! The staff were great as were the cocktails, food platters & atmosphere. The hen had a fantastic time!

We had a great time on saturday night , staff were fab , they even let my niece make and drink a cocktail � for free �

I had my birthday party yesterday, it was great! Everyone from the staff was so nice and friendly. The table I booked was ready in time and the reserved area was cozy and comfortable. All my guests were happy with the quality of food and prosecco. I have been treated like a princess, everyone is caring and ready to help you for whatever you would need during the night. I had a group of 12 coming to the venue. I booked the area on the same day as well . Tash was great at explaining everything as we have never been to any dirty martinis venues, she proceed with the booking really fast and was friendly and professional. In the arrival we were welcomed by security as well as bar staff that took as to the tables. The area was big enough for all of us, we had great costumer service as well as #suprise for the birthday !!! We all were really happy with the service we got. The music also was really good ! I definetly recommend this specific venue for any occasion ! � thank you to all the staff ! You were all amazing ��

Great little place. Good for booking parties. Love the little nook downstairs. Level of music is perfect. Quieter to start so you can actually chat to your friends but then loud enough that you end up dancing. Bar staff are always really friendly and super helpful. Too. Oh and good cocktails.

Delicious Martini and very affordable. Lucky I didn't Live in London, otherwise, I probably going to come every night :-D



Drinks are Delicious, Music is great and crowd are awesome. Must visit for a night out. Next time, I will come in Summer.

Booked this venue for a work Christmas do. Fantastic value for money (half price cocktails, reduced prices for food platters, prosecco, wine and beer) and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a group or just a quick drink after work. Everyone had a good time and we were served quickly. The bar staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The chocolate martini is a dream!

Had a very pleasant evening with a couple of friends last night. Drinks were very good value and the sharing platters delicious and the female member of staff who waited on our table was great. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the state of the ladies toilets! They were absolutely disgusting and we went from cubicle to cubicle trying to find one that was anyway near safe to enter. This was the same both at the beginning of the eve as it was at 10pm when we left and other woman were also commenting whilst we were in the toilets. I would compare the mess to that of portaloos at a festival! As We were leaving I did mention the situation to a member of staff but I really think you need to have a cleaner regularly inspecting your facilities as this was totally unacceptable.

Had a good night here with work colleagues on Friday, my peach and hibiscus martini was delicious! However the birthday girl was pulled out by the security team to be told to 'calm down' as she was dancing. She had not had too much to drink that she was rude or aggressive, it just made it weird after that. I would go back again however for happy hour!

What an absolute joke, throw people out for no reason at all. I've been to many places in my time. Only went for a friends birthday, he was drunk and they kicked him out, fair enough he was given a lot to drink as birthdays tend to do, but they also threw another friend out who was no where near drunk for no reason at all. Shocking behaviour and should hang there heads in shame but won't. Stay fucking clear people!!!! Also no atmosphere at all �

The worst place ever to end up a great night that I was having with friends until the moment we decided to have a last drink at Dirty Martini- St. Paul's!!! Me and my friend were charged 5£ at the main entrance without any reason. The place was not even crowded!!! Then a couple of friends arrived and they were not charged at all! Me and my friend went to speak to the "General Manager" and complained about what we considered being an inconsistent way of treating customers. The " General Manager" response was that our friends probably sneaked in without being noticed which was a stupid way of justifying their unprofessional approach to customers. There are 3-4 security guys who wouldn't allow anyone to have access without being noticed!!! Overall, poor customers service and I won't be going back to that place ever again.

Thanks to these guys you ruined my New Year's Eve by giving my brand new coat away to some random person without the specific cloak room ticket! (which I had)



The whole point of a cloak room and ticket system is so that your things are secure! Well not at this place



Thanks to you guys I'm having to travel back to Kent in the cold without a coat!



Very poor service from the staff, didn't try to help at all, no sympathy either.



Avoid putting your coat in the cloak room because the staff are incompetent of doing their job and will probably give your coat away to anyone

Not one to write reviews but after last night its a must. Went for my birthday yesterday, absolutely shocking treatment from the bouncers. We bought drinks, Jameson and house vodka which cost us £240 and didn't get to have much of it. My brother's friend got kicked out for having a moustache and beard. Second time I've come here, and totally different treatment. Will not be giving these racist people anymore of my hard worked money. However, Andrew (the doorman) is absolutely brilliant tried his best to get us back in realising that we didn't do anything wrong. No fights, no arguments. Just wanted a good night. Finally, the general manager is an absolute idiot, no respect shown whatsoever to his customers. Management must change fast as this place used to be dynamite. Probably won't even get a reply back on the basis of how poor the treatment was yesterday. I highly do not recommend this place. You just have to read the reviews below to see how bad this club is. Average at best.

Lost a wedding ring inside the venue. Asked to go down and look for it, to be told you can come but if you disturb anyone by looking we'll throw you out.

I was also told you cant use a torch so in a place that has little to no natural light how do I look for a lost ring.



I don't live in the country but I was informed you can fly back in and try look for it before we open but make it quick.

Basically no humanity, I said I would ask every person inside if they would mind me looking for a lost ring and Dirty Martini said no you can't do that and I quote "No I cannot allow that as it may disturb other customers".



No empathy whatsoever for a lost item which is incredibly personal and emotionally connected.



Basically they said they've looked and didn't find it so it must no longer be in the venue. Went on to say that maybe I didn't lose it there.

When I asked the lady how she would feel I got a response of "quite sad".



Quite frankly I'm appalled at the lack of empathy towards the situation.

It's hard to believe this place is allowed to run in the heart of the city with staff so unprofessional, rude and arrogant. If you work at a bar it is highly likely that you will need to deal with people who have had a drink or two, therefore if the manager and staff are not capable of civilised behaviour then they should consider getting different jobs. Our group from work were not let in and treated pretty badly after which I didn't even feel like going in. And btw this is the first ever 1* review I have ever left, I normally don't bother with leaving negative comments but this was pretty bad. Dirty Martini = Dirty Manners

I was having a nice evening catching up with friends until i was suddenly asked to leave because I was being overly aggressive. Until that point I had been sitting down, eating and chatting, and had at no point communicated with staff members for them to make such a judgement.



When asked to provide an example of my aggressive behaviour, the clueless manager suddenly lost his words and could not elaborate.



Members of the group I was with experienced similar treatment - one girl was asked to leave for being drunk which impossible because she doesn't drink in the first place. Furthermore, other people had been asked to walk around outside to sober up for the amusement of the overgrown 12 year old door staff.



I also notice that people have posted similar experiences on Trip Adviser and Facebook so there seems to be a conscious effort to treat customers unfairly because of their desire appear overly important.



So to conclude, if you want to spend your night waiting for the moment you're suddenly asked to leave then Dirty Martini is a good choice. Or, if you would prefer to go somewhere you're treated fairly and with respect then have a look elsewhere.



I rarely leave bad reviews and am a pretty tolerant guy, but this experience has been a major exception.



Clueless and unprofessional staff. Terrible treatment of customers.

Do not visit this bar under any circumstances. Never received such horrendous treatment from bouncers in my life.



We were there last night for a 30th birthday party, a party which cost the birthday girl a fair amount to book. A couple of people from the group went out to smoke and were approached aggressively by the bouncers being told they weren't allowed back in because they were too drunk (this was after one drink). They were finally allowed back in after a 10 minute "time out" and because there actually was no reason not to let them back in.



A couple of hours later bouncers approached my boyfriend who was sitting down having a conversation with my cousin and told him he had to leave because he was too drunk and was being aggressive. I'd love to know who he was being aggressive to whilst sitting down and having a chat in a reserved area. We were asked to leave the bar for absolutely no reason. Is Dirty Martini prepared to show me the CCTV footage from the night and point out exactly what my boyfriend did to deserve being thrown out?



This bar is a joke. The bouncers clearly have nothing better to do then pick on people to make their night more interesting. I've never written a complaint about a venue before but what we experienced last night was so ridiculous I have to share it and warn other people not to bother visiting.



Reading the other bad reviews here and on Trip Advisor, I'm glad to see we're not the only ones to have received this treatment from the bouncers - its clearly not personal but just about some pretty sad people needing a power trip.

Absolutely horrendous evening at Dirty Martinis St Paul's this evening. Hundreds was spent on reserving an area for a leaving do. As we arrived we were given a table upstairs but the air conditioning was not working, fantastic service eh? We were moved downstairs right next to the door. Multiple tables with 25+ people. Far too cramped in the first place. We had honestly a fantastic time but just after 9pm one of the bouncers grabbed by boyfriend started shouting at him for standing in the way of the doors.a second bouncer arrived causing a scene. They grabbed him and pushed him to the door and started shouting at him for supposedly 'ignoring' him. I have never seen such ridiculousness in all my life. We were a huge group and there was no space for us in the way of others entering the building.Another girl behind the bouncer said he was on a power trip and he flew off the handle and started threatening to kick the girl out too after shouting at her in the face. Throwing people out for speaking? Most certainly on a power trip. Absolutely none of these people were behaving in a drunk and disorderly manner and there was no excuse for this. I am deeply upset. A huge amount of money was spent on a special leaving evening and the group were just enjoying themselves. Your customers should not be treated in this manner. I understand your bouncers are there to manage crowds but picking on innocent people who simply had to stand in the way due to lack of room is not the answer.
