Took my new bike in here to find out what a scratching sound is, told I'd have to leave my bike there for a week it was raining hard outdoors and I dont live nearby so bit of a walk 3 miles. Didn't seem interested at all.

Helpful people, parts were a tad dear as you can buy parts online cheaper these days, however, the bike prices are good. Helpful and lots of advice.
