We can’t thank the Glasgow Disney Store enough. This morning was the April release of the Mickey Mouse Memories release and the cast members were friendly as always and made it such an enjoyable and easy process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Very inviting and the staff are really good
Took my youngest grandson to open the Disney Store in central London yesterday and the staff could not have been nicer. He opened the store with a 'magical' key and the staff all sang happy birthday to him. He recieved a goody bag. It was truly a magical experience. Thank you to all concerned.

Once again I can’t think the London Disney store enough for just being so lovely to my daughter she got given a lovely goodie bag for the train home to Cheltenham and some lovely posters witch will be framed for her very Disney room service is just excellent and they take such time and care to help you brilliant service
My husband surprised me today with the London tsum tsum set that i felt in love with a few days ago at our first visit to the store. We then headed to a few tours. At around 17:30, i stopped at tottenham court station and realized i forgot one of my bags at one of the underground trains. I ran from tottenham to the Disney Store but they about to close. I was desperated and thinking i wasnt going to be able to get a new one . The cast member Antonio was at the door and helped me get another tsum tsum set - little did he know that today is my birthday and he SAVED it ♡

Just want to thank the amazing staff for making my daughters 6th Birthday extra special, we took her in to get a belle dress for her princess party on sunday and when the staff found out they put her name up in the theatre and gave her a goody bag while singing happy birthday xxx

I went to this store Tuesday and was lucky enough to experience the magic of unlocking the store! Not only that but as it was my 30th Birthday the staff went above and beyond to make it an even more magical experience but singing and surprising me with a message on the big screen downstairs. I had my 15month old daughter with me too and as it was her first time at one they gave her stickers and a special certificate too. Your employee Jamie was amazing to us the whole time and truly made my day! I’ll never forget it, thank you! X
I went in yesterday to see if they had a dress for my daughter. The staff were so helpful and put one away for me for today. It was my daughters birthday today (why I wanted a dress) too and they gave her a little gift bag for her birthday too! It made her day so thank you so much to all the staff there!

Worst online shopping experience ever. They refused to accept my orders and demand to see all unecessary documents such as telephone bills? concil tax? which is too personal to share. I understand if u want to check for secrity reason but thats just way beyond security mate. You can check the card and call the bank as simple as that but why you want to see council tax documents? This is a discrimination.
Very disappointed in my last purchase. My order got cancelled because of their mess up. I was told my refund was going to take 5-7 working day to return.... meaning I will miss out on item as it would be sold out within the hour.
Disney you have don't nothing to slove mine at other Disney fans dilemma and have igorned all contact though emails and are very rude on the phone. You should be offering store vouchers instead of refunds so we still have a chance to get the item we have all been waiting for this doll FOR MONTHS.
