Let me be honest with you here. I remember watching Yiannimize on YouTube many years ago and started to follow his journey which inspired me in some ways to believe that if you work hard and show passion for what you do, great things can be achieved but then to maintain the brand and the great quality of work and keep on top of your game is another level. My point being is, if you would have asked me when I started this journey would I be here today looking after not only @y1...4nny cars but some of his clients, I would of said no but then at the same time a part of me that has the ambition and belief would of said yes! I never doubt myself and always try and bring my A game no matter what car is put in front of me. I'm passionate about what I do and believe that shows more than anything. I'm willing to do things that for me are standard without having to think about it, but for others maybe not. I'm not perfect and don’t claim to be the best but you can't take away how hard I work and the levels I go to. This post is a shoutout to @y14nny @yiannimize and the whole team for everything so far. If I can inspire others like I was inspired, I will be a very happy person.

ūüö® PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ ūüö® So the wait is over. After many messages asking if I had any merchandise available to purchase, I decided to drop my first piece; Distinctive Detailing hoodies are now available for purchase. It has taken some time as I didn't want to offer anything just for the sake of it. Our hoodies are embroidered on the front with the Distinctive Detailing logo in the centre of the chest keeping the design very clean and effective. When you get a call from a client with his @urbanautomotive SVR Range wrapped in Nardo Grey with carbon off the scale and tells you it's his birthday and he'll be hitting Central London to celebrate. Obviously he wanted the car looking so fresh the whole of London comes to a stand still, you know he had called the right man for the job. So after 8-9 hours concentrating on both interior and exterior we had this Beast all ready to hit the town and pull up in style. Don't forget I'm just a guy who decided to go for it and put 110% into everything I do. RESULTS WILL SHOW UP WHEN YOU DO, AND I ALWAYS SHOW UP ūüĖ§ūüĒ•

I have believed in my journey from the start but it hasn't come easy. Everything I have put in has enabled me to be where I am today. So @billywingrove got in touch with regards to his Gwagon that had got into a bad way due to a lot of milage and not having the time to keep on top of it as much as he would like. So it was booked in the diary to make way for Distinctive to get involved and make him fall back in love with the beast he bought. His reaction once finished made all... the hard work that was spent on it, worthwhile and to be able to walk away from the job proud and knowing he was really happy with the outcome gave me so much joy. This is more than just detailing, this is giving something to someone that they didn't know existed and might not think it was possible to achieve results like it but I can assure you when you choose Distinctive Detailing you are in the best hands possible.

A cold Wednesday morning got heated up very quickly when I took a visit to Yiannimize HQ and Yianny Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster LP 750-4 was put in front of me. The car had just recieved full PPF however we still had to go through all the correct stages and nothing changes when carrying out a wash, except for taking a bit of extra care when using the jet wash, as you don't want to lift any edges that have been created on the film. Yiannimize are now taking bookings so... get in contact with them and they will be happy to help. I get asked a lot what makes Distinctive Detailing special and how I get in front of these cars. Personally, I dont see myself as special, just hard working and passionate. ūü§Ē I will remind you of my story. I have been running just over a year. I put the hours in and work so hard and challenge myself everyday. I have sleepless nights because I'm thinking of my next move. I try to build relationships and treat everyone with respect and every job I go to give it my best from a maintenance wash to a full detail. I always say if you look back as you are driving away and say to yourself you smashed it and are happy with the outcome and repeat for the next job, then good things will come. The difference is I love what I do. I have a passion for what I do and I believe it comes across when meeting me and seeing my work first hand. I take this very serious and I'm looking forward to what the future holds. Maybe more vans out there? I get a call from my good client telling me he has just landed an Urban Defender, however it needed that Distinctive touch to complete it. Within two hours from completing the purchase from @lenny.urban the car was delivered to him and it was booked in for a day of detailing. This is the first time working on an @urbanautomotive Defender and I couldn't have been happier to get my hands on this one. I have always been a fan but getting upfront and personal with one made me wa...nt to call @lenny.urban myself and buy one ūüėā Expect that call soon mate. Car was booked in for a stage one machine polish enhancing the paintwork and bringing back the gloss levels as it was hiding behind a lot of swirl marks and light scratches. After testing one panel and seeing fantastic results, I knew this was going to be insane once finished. This certain client has supported me for a while now and have always got time for him and his family who continue to support me. To know that I'm the guy he calls is a great feeling and I'm forever grateful for being able to work on some incredible cars day in day out, showcasing my work. Once finished I knew that I had smashed it just from the expression on the client's face as I had seen this certain expression before ūüėä Sometimes there are no need for words. Porsche 911 Turbo S completed and given its pre winter detail. When the car has been booked out for the whole day you know things are getting serious; 10 hours of solid non stop detailing. What an incredible machine. This is the second car I have now completed for this client and there is more to come, so stay tuned. I'm very grateful for such an amazing client base that continue to let me work on their collection of cars and always show me support and also for reccomending me to family and friends. I'm forever grateful. ūüĖ§

So after speaking with the client via direct message and a few calls later going through the options and what he wanted to achieve on his stunning C63, we both agreed that a stage one machine polish and a coat of luxury wax would be the way forward. Especially because we only had the day to get it ready for the Trax event. The car went through all correct steps to get to machine polishing stages but there was a heavy build up of contaminates that had to be dealt with which to...ok a bit more time due to how bad it was. The point of this detail was to remove any light scratches and swirl marks and bring out the gloss levels showing off the true potential of the paintwork and making the customer fall back in love with his lovely motor. Client stayed on the job with me as he was interested to know how I get the results I do. I'm happy to work in front of an audience or a client and have people asking questions throughout all the different stages to get to the finished article, as it's very satifying to see, so I understand why people are interested. Unless you book me in, most of you only see the parts of it on my story. I wish I had time to show you the whole 12 hours. Client was an absolute legend and we chatted all day about cars, life and day to day stuff. Every day is different but everyday I leave a job not just wanting to do great work but build a relationship with my clients. Someone that they can trust and be comfortable with and someone that they will recommend and remember for all the good reasons. Another job completed in the best city in the world. Another job to add to the portfolio. Another client. Another day...but the same results. ūüĒ• Remembering where I was a year ago and where I am now is mad but always remember what you put in is what you get out. True story !!!

BMW M2 getting prepped and ready for the Classic & Supercar Show at the @thewarrenestate . The car recived a safe wash all carried out in the correct stages and treated with nothing but care, using some of the best detailing products on the market today. Another happy client ūüíĮūüĎäūüŹĽ

The Abarth 595 Competizione finished in Campovolo grey was in for some of that distinctive treatment once again. This car is sitting on lighweight super sport wheels including red 4 pot brembos and just recenty had a full Akropovic exhaust system fitted ūüí•ūüĒ•The interior was protected 7 months ago and the glass was also ceramic coated, which is all holding up nicely. The car underwent a safe wash including decontamination stages however there was minimal contaminates that had bu...ilt up on the surface due to previously applying a solid coat of wax on the last visit, giving this little pocket rocket some protection up till now. Car was topped up with Collinite wax adding a real deep level of gloss and providing great protection for the upcoming months with fantastic durability not forgetting the crazy beading ūüíĮūüĒ• Weather was a bit of an issue on the day due to heavy rainfall and wind so took longer than expected but was not defeated and the results were all worth it.
