I absolutely love the design of these dresses, and have several of them in my wardrobe, but I'm beginning to get really frustrated with their inconsistency in material and style. I have to return every other dress because the material is poor quality or the size has changed - and it doesn't help that every time the customer has to pay delivery and returns.

I had discovered this brand when i was living in London. Ever since, I have been a client for many years!

Fabric is of excellent quality and last for years, dresses are made in England. Very prim proper respectable dresses. I have bought dresses for many occasions!! Going to work, or evening wear, long maxis to wear to The Opera, Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Centre.

My closet is full of Diva dresses! The staff are very helpful. The fabrics are of such elegant quality and different styles. I love the Ripple Crepe fabric.

At their boutique in London, many times have they tailored the dress to my exact curvy measurements and added lace details and such.

I hold Diva in high regards. Thank you ever so much ladies!

I bought a Nadia dress from the Fitrovia store 2 years ago and was very happy with it. The staff could not be more helpful. Fast forward to now. I bought a current dress again in XXL (same size) only this time online, to find the fit tight and the armholes extremely small, so much so I couldn’t pull the dress on properly. I am same size as before and original dress still fits. Really annoying, will need sending it back but need a refund as this is Diva’s biggest size? Buyer beware sizes are really on small side. Looked at returns policy to find that I will need to PAY to return item back to them.!! now come on, this is not on, every other retailer makes it very easy to return purchases bought online these days.

I won’t be shopping with Diva again, XXL is most certainly not UK Size 16 and their returns policy needs to free along with other online retailers.
