Just delivered this beast of a cake to another amazing venue. This has been an amazing project to work on and weeks of discussions. Completely bespoke. First time I’ve had to set up in a completely blacked out room using our phone torches for lighting.

Wow!! Thank you everyone for overwhelming response to my Yoda cake. He was made in 2 days for my sons 13th birthday. It was an enjoyable challenge. I can’t thank you enough for your wonderful comments and for sharing my post. ❤️

Cold beer anyone?

A little sneaky peak of what I’m working on today.

As it’s cooler today I thought I’d experiment with White chocolate buttercream today. Still kept having to pop the cake in the fridge.

Playing around with Ganache, using palette knifes. Need to keep practising. But liking the rustic look. First attempt.

Forgot to take a picture before hand! Vanilla sponge with raspberry and white chocolate ganache. Engagement cake.

This cake was a team effort. Great fun.
