Dixy Chicken

I order from here often . The pizzas are always good for a girls night however they are a tad oily . I refuse to order the chicken because it usually comes pink and puts me off . The best thing I get from here is the garlic sauce . Because it makes everything taste much better .

The chicken is good and fresh. The price is higher than other shops on the street.

Quick service very polite staff. Could do with better cleaning at the front seating area.

Disgusted. Ordered food and was given a delivery time of 45 minutes, 2 hours later still sat here waiting. Food arrived cold, packed together and not cooked properly at all. Not impressed.

Lets Start of with the positives:

It was a good deal £9.99. Large Pizza, 4 Wings and A bottle of Drink

Now here we go:
Just as the name suggests, It's better to buy chicken here.
The hot wings were not hot. Too salty, Cheap Ingredients were used.

The pizza was very oily and I kept tasting a hint of wine which ruined the taste. I contacted the store afterwards and they did not even apologise for any of the shortcomings. The Dips were all watered down therefore it was hard to distinguish which flavor belonged to whom.

I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza. The Classic Ham and Pineapple. It should be sweet but the hint of wine gave it a bitter taste. The store stated that there was no wine and it was the natural flavor of the tomato sauce.

For some reason, the 7up that I ordered with the deal was imported from Germany.

The staffs have no knowledge of the ingredients that has been used. So it's rather useless to complain. This is the first and last time here.

Manner less impolite staff, zero customer experience or care, used stale/expired pineapple in pizza and still wouldn't understand what was wrong.

-manager refuses to sort in same night & said call back next day

Send a pot if something (called triffle really not) instead of what i ordered ... chocolate donuts

Customer service is shocking as person who ansered phone was rude ...

Ordered 3 meals and got the whole order wrong. 2nd time this has happened. Forgot 2 x portion wings, side beans, no salt pepper, very bad customer service. It can't be that difficult to run a chicken shop and take orders. Clearly these guys don't know what they're doing. Won't be ordering from them again.

Order placed and confirmed but never turned up, tried ringing multiple times but no answer, very dissapointed with this service.
