This is one of our latest whole vehicle projects, it is an offroad/comp safari car prototype car designed to accept our race proven Polaris RZR motorsport parts , including wishbones , driveshafts , turbo upgrades , front diff, etc all of which have been developed and are exclusively available from Gregg Motorsport, the finished car will be lighter, longer wheelbase , lower ,wider and have a much much lower C of G than the standard RZR 1000 Turbo the chassis is having its final welding done before powder coating , when finished it will be developed by both ourselves and Gregg motorsport at various race meetings๐Ÿ˜€

some different types of classic car re-engineering , a de-Dion axle , steering rack drumsticks , rear drive shafts and some gearbox tops ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

this is another DB500 gearbox and front/rear D30 differentials, the gearbox has been made modular so as to fit away from the engine to aid car balance and cockpit packaging, the differentials are both std Hypoid and reverse cut this ensures there are no unnecessary power loss , the parts are for an offroad car , all the cases have been manufactured as per the car builders specs๐Ÿ˜€

User

this is another version of our DB500 inline gearbox ,this one has rear drop gears and has been adapted to take a Nissan Skyline T-case , it is off to another Canadian customer to go in his YB powered 4WD Fiesta rally car๐Ÿ˜€

a customer returned a big pile of magazines to us so we thought we'd share๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜Ž

this is a customer's rear/mid engined S1600/JWRC bodykitted Puma , it's using a 500+BHP Focus RS Zetec (not the one in the photos) and a gearbox from the same , at the rear we have a heavily modded Focus x-member , with optimized geometry for traction and handling , it will be fully poly-bushed at the bottom and is camber adjustable at the top with new turrets to house the top mounts , the engine and gearbox sit on Vibra -technic mounts , at the front we have wide track...ed and optimized the front suspension with a modded front Puma X-member , and prototype compression strut and tca`s, these will be used to determine the final geometry once the finished ride height is achieved using proprietary coil-overs , the gear linkage has been fully reversed to suit the new application, the customer plans to fully finish the car along the lines of the Renault Clio V6 , ie fully trimmed and air conditioned, maybe even some luggage space ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜Ž

more developments with Gregg motorsport and our parts for their RZR , we have manufactured a new front differential to replace the standard one which fails on a regular basis , it was taken straight to an off road rally in France , their comments as below "congratulations to you guys for a wonderful job, over 350 miles covered and not a problem with your diff" They even bagged a podium place ,
last weekend saw them in Scotland doing the borders hill rally , they were running 3rd overall , until last minute belt problems saw them finish 10th overall still a fantastic result considering they are in the smallest CC class๐Ÿ˜€

Weighing only around 1020Kg and capable of a 0-100Km/h sprint in less than 2 seconds, this is a Green Mean Machine that left the British Hillclimb scene in order to compete in the highly competitive German Berg Cup.

This is one of our Transverse Mounted Front/ Rear Engine 6/7 speed sequential gearboxes, this one is going in a FWD Focus Zetec powered rally car , the carbon gear lever can be either cable or rod , however most of our gearboxes are paddle shift only,it can be fitted to almost any engine as it uses a separate bellhousing/adapter plate , the other gearbox in the background is from a Lotus Exige Endurance race car , back in for service after a 24 hour race and an additional 15 hours dyno/practice and qualifying ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€
