Our repeat Developer Client acquired the land with Planning Permission already secured but in our opinions the Designs were not very attractive and would have been v complicated and expensive to Build (See screenshots) We've re-designed to give much more striking and contemporary facades with a flat roof and simple but large flat layouts to maximise build cost efficienciencies
