Brilliant news! We won Best Fan Engagement Programme with Leicester City Football Club! It was great to work with Jim Donnelly and the wider team at Leicester who were able to listen to our research findings, quickly implement improvements and then for the changes to be noticed by fans.

Audiences are changing for the Cultural, Heritage and Leisure sectors. The experience economy continues to grow (£129 Billion in 2018) but our research has found that there is much more choice now and it's getting harder and harder to choose where to spend time. The sector must respond...

DJS Vs the Yorkshire Three Peaks: the video has landed!
Here it is!!! Six weeks ago on 23 September 2018, seven DJS Research staff took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise funds for The Thomas Theyer Foundation. Here's a little video of their amazing venture over Ingleborough, Pen-Y-Ghent and Whernside - totalling a distance of 24.5 miles!

It was the best of climbs, it was the worst of climbs. A tale of three peaks...
"Each took the long descent in the best way they could. David’s knee had gone now so was sidestepping tentatively, wincing with awful pain. I decided to try and slide down, which worked in a fashion, except when my bum hit a rock.
Steve had lost the use of his legs and had to move from his back and bottom only, moving spasmodically in his swimming shorts, like some deranged, twerking robot hike...r..."
