Great staff

I visited the shop on the 19.09.16 with some friends interested in buying from DKny, and also hoping for a solution to the bag bought before from the same shop.
The customer service received by their manager "Sam" astonished us, he tried in every way possible to make his staff laugh at our expense, his sarcasm was second to none to any manager I dealt with in the past. A young man who doesn't know how to respect others, the catastrophe is that others are his customers. Instead of assisting with the bag that was missing the letter "D" of DKny. He started making fun and believe his staff had a good laugh at our expense.

I will be making no s formal complaint as soon as my health permits it.
