Another fantastic sunset today to help celebrate the wedding of the lovely Rachel & James. The couple were joined by their gorgeous daughter Olivia and all their closest family and friends on their special day. The barns have looked stunning with Olive branches, ivy and flowers everywhere. A family friend played some wonderful Spanish guitar throughout their ceremony which was a unique touch and very personal to the bride. A great time has been had by all and we want to wish the New Mr & Mrs Hardwick a fabulous future with their little girl. Love from all of us here at Dodford Manor x

What a truly wonderful day we have had today celebrating the marriage of Sophie & Joe! This lovely couple said their vows at St Mary’s Church (our next door neighbours) and travelled in true princess style in a beautiful horse drawn carriage! Our lovely (super organised) bride had thought of everything and had planned the day down to the tiniest detail.... and what can we say other than it was perfect! From the live choir singing her down aisle, the homemade gorgeous icecream stand, the stunning floral displays and the amazing 5 tiered cake, the #jophiewedding really has been a day to remember! The star of the show has to be gorgeous Baby Joel who has been a superstar while Mummy and Daddy got married! Huge Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Colyer who got married today and joined us after their Church Ceremony to celebrate their special day. We loved the pretty floral hoops that sat at the top of our beams in the Oak Barn, and the terrarium centre pieces - just beautiful! The stunning cake was made by the talented Cakes by Kit and had 4 different flavoured tiers, yummy! The smallest guests have been entertained and looked after by the fabulous All Events Childcare this evening, meaning the grown-ups can relax! It's been a fantastic day and we wish Sophie & Adam all the happiness in their future together ❤️

Today we have seen the return of the glorious sunshine and the beautiful wedding of the lovely Sarah & Bobby ❤️ The day could not have been more perfect as our newlyweds were surrounded by their family & friends who enjoyed drinks & laughter in the sunny courtyard. Our super organised bride created all the decorations herself and our barns have looked lovely dressed with a blue & white rustic theme matched by the yummy cakes made by her mum! We have the pleasure of Big Bopper Entertainment today, playing the soundtrack to the evening while guest dance the night away. We wish the new Mr & Mrs Taylor a lifetime of happiness from all of Team DM xx❤️

Despite the occasional rain shower our couple still enjoyed a fabulous wedding day here at Dodford. After a church ceremony in Newport Pagnell the gorgeous Jody & Matt arrived with all their guests to enjoy some drinks in the Mortain barn and courtyard before heading into the Oak barn for a delicious 'Host-a-Roast'. Each carver was surprised with a personalised Apron stating their name and 'professional meat handler' on it. The venue looked great with all their decorative touches and their tables were named after different Gins. A great day was had by all and lots of dancing and singing on the dancefloor. Well the weather may have changed but nothing could spoil this day for the lovely Carly & Luke as they tied the knot at Dodford Manor today! Our beautiful bride wowed their guests in her stunning dress with super long veil as she walked down the aisle beaming and the happiness has continued right through the day. A lively ‘Host a Roast’ wedding breakfast with personalised aprons for the carvers was a huge hit followed by a packed dance floor as guests danced well into the night. We love their jigsaw piece guest book which will make a wonderful keepsake from their super happy day. Thank you to the talented Elliot W Patching for sharing some pics with us of the day. Yesterday was a VERY special day as we saw our magnificent operations manager of 6 years, Rachel, marry her soulmate Lee HERE at Dodford Manor. With thanks to Beaulicious and Little Wishes Hire for the incredible venue decorations, Melody Cake's for the yummy wedding cake and Jack Haddon Weddings for the beautifully styled bridal bouquets. With Pure Rhythm Disco supplying light up ‘LOVE’ letters which lit up the Mortain Barn from the mezzanine and Mango Acoustic Duo playing e...xquisitely, the ceremony for Mr and Mrs Sweet was picturesque. The fizz and canapes were flowing all while guests enjoyed magic performed by TheTrixta - Magician with Directors Cut PhotoBooth supplying the ultimate photobooth. With the utterly scrumptious food served by our very own catering team Jenkinsons Caterers, a stunning display of ‘MR & MRS SWEET’ light up letters by @illuminate lights and with Jessica's Sweet Treats setting up a delightful sweet table, the Oak Barn was a vision. Our very own bride looked so beautiful (we all shed a few tears) and her hair looked amazing thanks to Kate Lodge hair stylist and she was able to totally relax and enjoy her perfect day thanks to @all events childcare. Rachel and Lee’s friends and family (including the WHOLE Dodford Family!) danced the night away to the AMAZING The Distractions Band Ltd which was all captured by the one and only Elliot W Patching Photography on photography. Ladies and gentleman, let me introduce you to the new …… MR AND MRS LOVE!!! What a fantastic surname and so appropriate for today. This sweet couple got married at their local church before joining us for the rest of the day’s celebrations. They were treated to a sumptuous 4 course feast by the always wonderful Jenkinsons before hitting the dancefloor to the tunes of Happy Hour. The bride has planned everything to perfection and we particularly love the little personal touches such as the “beer” table names and decorations and the gorgeous little watering can succulent favours!! Today is Hannah & Hollie's Big Day, and what a beautiful day it has been! We have had the lovely Beaulicious here decorating the barns with crate displays, white chair sashes and gorgeous lanterns lining the aisle. The fabulous Jack Haddon Weddings provided the flowers for the centre pieces, pew ends and the bridal bouquets, everything looked so pretty! The LOVE letters are from Little Wishes Hire and looked great on our mezzanine. Our two brides have been surrounded by their family and friends and haven't stopped smiling all day, and don't they both look stunning in their lace dresses. ❤️ Congratulations Mrs & Mrs Coulson, we wish you a lifetime of happiness together! Hayley & Steve got married!!! It has been a gorgeous day and guests have stayed lovely and cool in our wonderfully air conditioned barns as well as enjoying an ice-cream or two. Our lovely bride has planned the décor to perfection with elegant roses, personalised wooden place settings and stunning centrepieces that filled our Oak Barn right up to beams!! We have had 1Entertainments - Professional Wedding Disco & DJ Hire here with us all day providing the soundtrack to the ceremony & evening celebrations. Huge congratulations to Mr and Mrs Haskell who got married here at Dodford Manor on Sunday. The happy couple are both teachers and they had some fantastic centre pieces which had flasks and beakers holding flowers and candles, so creative! Their favours were test tubes containing sweets displayed in test tube racks, can you guess what subject they both teach?! Today’s wedding is true love story of childhood sweethearts! Our lovely couple have known each other since starting primary school and even displayed their school photo to prove it!! Isn’t that the cutest ❤️ Our beautiful bride Liz along with her super creative mum designed their decor perfectly and added such wonderful touches to the barns. We just love the ‘Sweet Carousel’ supplied by Big Day Display which lights up & rotates !!! Dodford Manor has today been sprinkled with a bit of Disney magic!! The lovely Yazmin and Lewis said their vows under a copper archway in our lovely old Mortain Barn before enjoying a 3 course feast supplied by the always fabulous Jenkinsons. The venue has been dressed to perfection by and is definitely fit for a Disney princess with rose gold sequin tablecloths, beautiful blossom tree centrpieces and a stunning cake dressed with gold leaf (made by the talented Sister of the Bride - amazing!!) We want to wish this wonderful couple and their adorable little girl Aurora all the very best, love all at Dodford Manor

Well what a treat we're having today hosting Aimee and Joe's 'Only Fools and Horses' themed wedding! With vibrant colours all around, and a Reliant Robin in the forecourt, what a fantastic, fun-filled day to be able to share with friends and family. We've all been laughing at the table 'phrases' and a much enjoyed surprise DEL BOY act - Lovely Jubbly! It's been a warm one today but our inviting air-conditioned barns have kept the guests cool for the wedding of Becky & James. This lovely couple have been together for 10years and have finally tied the knot!! They have had gorgeous sunflower accents everywhere and classic cars have played a big part in the day with James having grown up around them.
