Dog & Pheasant

This is a wonderful little pub, a hidden gem on the island, lovely selection of food on the menu, which changes on a daily basis, and generous portion sizes, try the fish and chips they are massive. A great local atmosphere throughout the day. Well worth a visit.

Good food, with 3 real ales. Beer garden and dedicated dining area, but 2 main bar areas decor very dated - would benefit from a complete makeover

Lovely pub, had a great meal in the garden in he summer. Disappointed they don't let well behaved dogs in. We are a large group (16) holidaying across the road in Fen Farm with a small very well behaved dog, looking for somewhere to eat over the next 2 weeks. They won't let us in with the dog? Therefore turning away a lot of business. Shame as the are only a 2 minute walk away. Lots a sensible people here with dogs, they really are missing a trick!!!

This is an excellent place to eat exceptional food. Proper chips, not oven chips and well cooked and good proportions. Will definitely go there again. Will worth the trip.

This is such a lovely friendly place the meals are fantastic never had any problems with anything I have had.The staff are so nice.in making you all feel welcome.
