Took my 5 month old miniature schnauzer puppy for his first full groom, and they were wonderful with him - he has a tendency to be sick when he's nervous but they were completely unfazed and I was given the option of coming to get him then or letting them continue (we continued). By the time I went to get him he was happy as larry! Thank you for showing him a positive experience :)

Peter gave Curly dog his first groom today.

Peter is an excellent groomer, kind, caring and considerate.

We picked up a very handsome, happy puppy this afternoon and have no hesitation in recommending Peter and all the staff at Dogtown!

My Jack Russell has been receiving Hydrotherapy at the Chiswick branch for the past 8 weeks. They have a really positive approach with Bailey and the improvement in his mobility is massive. I cannot recommend them and particularly Adam highly enough. He knows and understands dogs and how to get the best out of the hydrotherapy sessions. I would have no hesitation in recommending!

My 6 month old puppy started going to Dogtown when she was 12 weeks old - she loves her days there and is always very excited to go in the mornings. The Dogtown team take great care of her and were brilliant when she was a puppy, taking the puppies on shorter 'puppy walks' and doing a lot of work with her training. She is very sociable with other dogs and people, which has definitely been helped by Dogtown.

Max and Millie have been attending Dogtown day care since the age of 4 months and they are now nearly a year old.

When choosing a day care for our puppies we wanted to ensure they didn't have far to travel so finding somewhere local was important.

We also wanted to ensure the puppies would have social interaction with other dogs. Meeting the team that would look after our special puppies was also an important factor when deciding upon where they would go.

Dogtown and the team have exceeded all our requirements and expectations. Nick and Leanne are both lovely people and care about Max and Millie as much as we do.

The Dogtown face book page enables us to keep up to date on what Max and Millie have been up to whilst at daycare (lots of playing, running, socialising and the odd roll in something smelly). They are returned home clean, washed if needed, happy and tired after a fun filled day at Richmond park.

Link and Tink love Dogtown! They are picked up and dropped off and have a lovely day tromping through Richmond Park - and occasionally rolling in fox poo. Our dogs are rescue dogs and high maintenance - but the staff and owners are so amazingly understanding and lovely. We totally trust our kids with Dogtown and highly recommend it to all. We have been with the Sheen branch since they opened and will continue until we leave London!

Kelso started daycare twice a week in October when he was 16 weeks old and loves going to Dogtown, he barks with excitement when I pull up outside. Adam, Leanne & Nick take great care of him and always give me feedback on his day when I collect him, exhausted, at the end of the day.

Honey may not be the keenest swimmer, but with Adam's patience and experience she's getting better every time that she goes and it helps keep her in good physical condition for agility!

The team have been terrific with my Dennis whilst having his hydrotherapy.

Won't be going back after having our dogs returned bleeding in the last 2 out of 3 visits. They hadn't recorded the issue and only admitted the incident when I called back after collection. They were reluctant to put the accidents on record and the owner didn't want to look into the problem. Apparently cuts are normal and expected !! Won't be going back for the welfare for my dogs.

Just had my Norfolk terrier handstripped by the Sheen branch and am very unhappy with the result. We asked for a light handstrip and discussed how much fur they would leave especially around the face and tail but our dog's fur was stripped so much that bare patches of skin are visible. Will definitely not be coming back.
