Dolly'S Cake School Description
DCS is a cake decorating school that teaches cupcake, cake and cookie decoration.
All tutors are fully trained and provide dedicated teaching to ensure students get
the most from their classes. DCS does not sell cakes or equipment as this can
detract from the teaching.
Leisure classes and professional Diploma Couses are available. The 'starting a
cake business course' covers basic business start-up, legal requirements, food
safety as well as business specific information to include suppliers, costings,
designs etc, and is taught by a commercial lawyer, business start-up tutor and
cake decorating expert.
Through demand, DCS does offer 'Fondant Memories' for those who are
celebrating special birthdays, hen party activities etc.
Overseas students are welcomed and advice on accommodation is provided along
with bespoke packages of training if required.
