Placed an order online, (sizzling beef burger, southern fried chicken new york burger, chicken strips and olives) arrived in 50 minutes. The burgers were the wrong way around; sizzler was meant to be beef and the new yorker to be southern fried chicken. Also neither had salad which had been asked for. Called them back straight away and was told it would be rectified and new burgers would be sent out. Burgers arrived this time within 15 minutes; the chicken on the burger was raw and had bbq sauce on it, which we had originally requested not to have. Also both had one lettuce leaf on each. They were both lumps of mush in between burger buns, which themselves were wet through. Both burgers were of shocking standard and were inedible. As we both work in hospitality i completely appreciate how busy and stressful these environments can be; therefore we would rather wait longer to receive better quality food. Appalled at the food and service, would never return.

The pizzas here are the best in Lancaster. Their Mexican food is not authentic though - get the pizzas, not the 'Mexican'! :)

The take away good here is second to none. It's restaurant quality, which is unusual in Lancaster

Absolutely awesome food. Very tasty. Pizza was lush had a burger from here too and it's really tasty too.

Absolutely rubbish service waited 3hours for a pizza and it's still not arrived and now their apparently shut what If we had paid via debit card ? Absolute jokers! Place should be shut down.

Not happy takes 2 hours to deliver 2 items get told one price on the phone which was £10 got told that was with delivery on top of my order already and then it comes the woman parked half way down the road from my house and i had to walk up the street to get the order and she then told me 2 pound extra bit of a piss take when you get told 2 different prices

so based on the food it would be a 5 star review... HOWEVER the staff have let the place down... I phoned to order a pizza - asked if the chilli contains beans.. was told it didn't, so went on to order the chilli pizza. Was told it would be ready in 20 mins, arrived to collect after 30 mins to be told it wasn't ready - waited another 15 mins.. Got it home, yes the chilli DOES contain beans.
Tonight we placed an order via phone, was told it would be 20 minutes... left it 30 mins, arrived to collect to be told that the order has been lost and it's not even been cooked yet.
Come on Dominicks - your food is amazing, but sort the staff out as they are letting you down!

It's really not bad at all but the pizzas are too doughy for my taste.
