Domino'S Pizza

Worst Domino's pizza store ever, very rude store manager, and because it is a franchise the head office will not get involved in resolving complaints.
Ordered several pizzas & sides for the office whilst working late, the driver became lost so continued with other customers' deliveries until we went searching for him, an hour and a half later we had our cold dinner.
The store manager could have rectified this easily if he had listened but he was very unprofessional and incompetent.
We asked for a refund, the franchise customer service team sent a voucher for a free pizza & side, then ignored further emails.

Always hot, very tasty and well made. I have never had one delivered late.

I've ordered with them many times and 80% of the time their orders have taken 1h plus to deliver, it always says delivered on the app by 45 mins so it appears in their KPIs that they are efficient at delivery...
when you call to give feedback they get defensive and talk back giving excuses. Probably never going to order from this dominoes branch again.

Always consistently good pizza, served quick and very hot.

Pizza's always taste so great! Staff are really friendly and this place is so clean, which is essential for takeaway restaurants.

Useless!
First off they are regularly anywhere between 30minutes to an hour late delivering cold food.
The orders are usually wrong and very inconsistent in quality, often delivering the wrong type of sides, wrong dips and wrong style of pizza e.g bases.

In general this oldbrook store is not as good as the wolverton store in Milton Keynes.

Phoned the store at 1:30am, only to be hung up on by a rude member of staff. When calling back I was told to wait on hold and that delivery time was going to be 2 and a half hours because they were "extremely busy" and the person had "8 other customers on hold".

My partner ordered a meal deal that included wedges which are the only thing i can eat from this dominoes without being ill! The meal arrrived without wedges, when we rang up to complain they sent us out some. Which arrived 10 mins later to be cold and not cold like they've been left out but chilled from a fridge cold. When we rang up again, they tried to fob us off. This dominoes is a waste of anyones money because one way or another you'll be left feeling sick!

It's domino's you can get better cheaper...friendly staff.
