Domino'S Pizza

it took a million years to get my pizza WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Never order a pizza here EVER!!

Really hit and miss, service is not good. Often wait over an hour for pizza, which turns up cold, and I live less than a ten minute drive from the place.

I ordered the food and I waited an hour so I phoned them up. they tried to lie and tell me that they couldn't find the address then I spoke to the manager and they said they already delivered it so then they finally decide to stop lying to me and delivered the pizza. A massive bite was taken out of my slice and the pizza was stone cold, ridiculous.

If I could give a zero I would! After a long day of touring we ordered from the only pizza place that would deliver to our hotel. After calling continually calling for two hours we never did get our pizza and it was a "fight" to get our money back. The manager was very rude and when I asked for her to refund my money she said that isn't my problem. Never order from here!

I read a lot of the reviews being able to relate with my local dominos however this wasnt and i was making a order for pickup, i got there about 15-20 after i made the order and it was ready and made perfectly with the toppings I requested, the staff were very nice and it was nice to see that Dominos employ young people.

Whish I could give lower than this.... Absolute shame of a branch and makes dominoes look SOO SOO bad as a whole. I've never had an issue with delivery from other branches but this one takes the award for most inadequate branch. Ordered the pizza about 19:30 ( it's 20:52 now and still nothing). Called the branch a several times and no answer, resulted to calling the head office who had to call the manager to let me know what was going on. Call the branch myself again to spoke to a very impolite staff member who ended up hanging up on me. Honestly this branch needs new staff and manager. People are paying for good service and are not getting it. They need to remember the customers pay their wages!!

Terrible experience. After 75mins of no food I tried to call the shop, took multiple attempts to get through. They were very short with me, said it would be another 15 mins until I got my food. They told me that they could offer me a free garlic bread with my next order....AS IF!! I cancelled the order and will not be going back.

I collected the pizza myself, so can't comment on the delivery times. The pizza was ready after 15 minutes and was quite nice.
The only problem is the pricing, which was quite confusing to me. The pizza I ordered (Chicken Feast 9.5") normally costs £14. However, of you collect, it's £3 cheaper (which is some deal available on the website). But when I got there, I was informed that any pizza of this size with 3 toppings or less costs £6, with a free drink included, which is how much I paid.

Worst dominoes ever. Avoid like the plague. Same experience as everyone else commenting here - pizza took 90 mins to arrive, was cold. Gave them another chance two weeks later and exactly the same. Very unhelpful staff told me the timing of your order on the official dominoes app is a lie! Dominoes should revoke their franchise. Very dissatisfied customer. Have used dominoes all round the UK and never seen such bad service.

We have ordered the pizza at 21.15 and, even though the app were saying that the order had been delivered 30 minutes later that I placed my order, my pizza wasn't here until another hour. When I called in, after 5 calls of mine, they picked up being absolutely rude with me and saying that if I didn't want to wait I should have go out and collect the pizza by myself because they didn't have any idea of where the delivery guy was.
After other 30 minutes ( so it was already roughly 23.00) , the pizza arrived completely cold.
It's the second time that I've ordered from this store and it's the second time that something like this happens.
Really bad experience, they don't even deserve a star but I had to rate the place to leave a review.

Horrible experience. First impression terribly wrong. Took ages to arrive plus not hot. I assume the 4 or 5 star reviews are by staff of this franchise as no normal person would rate this dump
