Domino'S Pizza - Berkhamsted

3 hours to deliver 2 pizzas when i live just 2 miles from the shop. Phoned the shop several times with no answer. Avoid at all costs never again for me.

Best pizza in town by far! Service is top quality, food always fresh, on time & staff are amazing! Thank you Domino's

It took 2 and a half hours for my pizza to be delivered. I rang 30 times to chace the order and nobody picked up the phone once. When it finally arrived I didn't receive an apology and the food was cold. This isn't the first time I have received such poor customer service from here and I won't be returning after this time.

Terrible service - we have been charged twice with no refund, ordered a pizza that arrived 40 mins late and ordered a medium pizza and was given a child's pizza instead. This establishment is in desperate need of a shake up. Dominoes Berkhamsted, please mend your ways!

Shocking delivery service, over an hour late. Geezer on the phone was relatively pleasant however this doesn't result in a pizza delivered on time and warm.

We work 2 mins away from here and deliveries are late and even collections despite the pizza tracker saying ready to collect. Decent pizza though

Pizza here was great, and the service was rapid. If you've ever been to a Domino's before, then you know exactly what you're in for.

Waited two hours for our food and when it got delivered we said there was no way we were paying for it and the man was very rude and he ended up walking away with the pizza so we never even got it in the end! Ridiculous and staff are unable to admit to mistakes and apologise, we will never be ordering from berko dominos again, absolutely rubbish

Waiting for 3 hrs ?? Wow well, I think we can't forget we are humans , we have the right to make mistakes , I don't see the point to post that situation here , I just would say :
IF I WANT PERFECTION THEN I BETTER DO IT BY MY SELF = )

Just want to say, everybody who thinks to order from here it will be okay for them. DO not bother. Waited near enough 3 hours and food was cold. Pre ordered at 6pm for a delivery at 7:10pm bearing in mind were only 20 mins away . Three hours on ---- we have nothing after calling up to ask we had a common ""5- 10 wait"" which was a load of rubbish. Just don't bother :-)

Always good, always a treat, I collect so never had a problem.

We ordered two pizzas at 7:40pm and it arrived at past 9pm. (We phoned up just before 9 because it was taking so long, and they said it would be about 5 more minutes). Pizzas were okay, but lukewarm. It felt like the delivery man had our pizzas, and went for a long drive before he delivered them to us! He was friendly, but the wait was ridiculous and the pizzas weren't very hot.
