Domino'S Pizza - Billericay

nowhere to park.. but great pizza!

Ordered online for collection, estimated 15 minutes, website said it was ready after 45 so we went in and they had everyone's food all mixed up and not ordered. Lots of customers some very angry none seemed to be receiving orders. We didn't get food and had to call later to request a refund. Can only speculate that maybe a load of staff quit at once but the service was thoroughly unsatisfactory.

Pizza never arrived, couldnt get through to the store (no answer or hung up on), happened before. Learn from mistakes and wont be using them again.

Wasnt open, and if they were the phone just rang for ages. this was at 12.01

Place is always so good and the staff are always wonderful and helpful.

Awful, cocky little preteens who run shop, mess up order repeatedly, promise to refund it but never do, when you ring them they let phone ring out when they see your number, when you 141 them and get caught out they then pretend to have line issues and repeatedly press buttons. Never coming back after this.

Billericay Domino's has been a great addition to the High Street, you will find this restaurant has dining facilities to allow you to enjoy your Pizza's in store. Unfortunately there are no parking bays for collection, but Billericay Station car park is a short distance away or there are some parking in the nearby road. The staff are friendly, and you can see them make the pizza's in the open plan area.

Never had any problem with Dominoes in Billericay. I always collect (as you get better deals) and they're super quick, whether ordering on the website or on the phone. Parking is an issue, but there's normally space on Western Road.

To get the best service from this place I recommend you use the web services or phone app. I work nearby and the food is ready faster than it takes me to do the short walk there at lunchtime.

I ordered pizza but after waiting for 1.5 hours I got a call telling me it would be further delayed. After which I waited a further 30 minutes and requested a refund which I was told was put through. it never appeared so I called 2 weeks later asking about the refund which I was told would be put through yet again and I ended up being completely ignored and I have yet to receive a refund. Overall I didn't get a pizza and I paid for nothing yet was ignored when a refund was promised. The worst service I have ever recieved. Will never order from here again and I advise against ordering here

Ordered several times from this store and it's awful the delivery times range between 1hr 10 and 2hrs never under an hour the pizza turned up cold before I sent it away and they forgot to send another. If you ring it takes over 8 mins for them to answer they say they're busy, I say they're taking the piss. Tonight's delivery 1hr15 still not here & only just got out of the oven. No parking for collection, Pitsea is a much better store along with wickford

Absolutely disgraceful! Appalling customer service. Took over 90 minutes for our meal to turn up and when it did it was stone cold. If no stars was an option then they would receive it. Tried to ring up and was either hung up on straight away or never answered.

Good value and quick service, shame there is no parking.
