Domino'S Pizza - Birmingham - Rubery

The staff were polite and the pizza was baked in under 10 mins. 5 stars!

Pathetic excuse for a dominos, items missing all the time. Just a joke, quality of pizzas are amongst the worst in the area. FULL of grease. They are fast when it comes to delivery however if they spent more time making sure that the order is correct it would make for a more enjoyable meal. When key parts of your meal are missing and the driver tells you that he's going to be back then doesn't. Unreliable, shocking product, rubbish service, waste of money.

2nd order in a row items missing, cinnamon sticks eventually came however didn't taste like anything other than pizza dough. This is the second time they done this but by the time you actually get your order it's cold. Waste of money do yourself a favour and order a papa jhons I will.

Failed to deliver, driver lost, couldn't understand me, shop put me on hold for ages, I had to ring back, finally requested to cancel the order and get a refund after about half hour of phone calls, on hold again for ages, no apology, poor service, and now a customer that has used them a lot in the past who wont be doing so again. Such a shame and with a TV campaign live with The Voice and service this bad and 3-5 days to get refunded because I ordered online. What a great Saturday night in LOL

Always have to wait 1.5+ hours for food to be delivered, every single time you call to complain you get a bloke that can't speak English who says they're really busy and that the tracking system has crashed. Worst service and customer service, this will be the last time I use this crap place. Get more delivery drivers if you're that busy!!!

I do like the food. But the driver always expects to keep the change, you have to ask for your change. I order dips and they never come and I always have to phone up and tell them although sometimes I can't be bothered and just the £1 or whatever it is for 3 dips. Other disgusting thing is when I went in there and the man cleaning a hot side with a wet cloth, the cloth obviously had dried from the hot side, he then spat on it and carried on wiping some more, it was around or it was my birthday, a few years ago. I walked out and havnt been back (to this one - rubery) since. I ordered delivery from another one elsewhere and driver still expected to keep the change and I still didn't get my dips. Like the pizzas don't cost enough! I am hoping there is new management of at least new staff there since then!

I had such a good experience with dominos pizza the staff were friendly and gave me the best deals they could offer!! Also the quality of the pizza was great compared to other places, would defiantly order again.
