Great pizza but customer service is not good

Ordered off the app for collection and paid via card. Money has been taken and the app alerted me my food was ready but upon arrival they can not find my order or have any knowledge of receiving my order. I am now having to wait for it to be remade. Absolute chaos and horrifically awful customer service.

Absolutely shocking service tonight.. I've been a loyal paying customer here for best part of a year and tonight they claimed there was something wrong with my card, when there isn't so I left there with no pizza... Worse still just checked my bank balances and they have charged me!!! I returned to inform the duty manager Rajib who was so unhelpful and offered no solution whatsoever despite me proving on my online banking app.. shocking will never go back and will chase to get my money back.. avoid, the guys in there really don't care at all.

Can't fault this takeaway. Have ordered countless times on busy days for the family and they have not gone wrong. Everything is delivered in a timely manner and it the perfect temperature. One time my order for a half and half pizza was wrong as the whole pizza was the same so they delivered it with another pizza to make up for it which in my opinion is excellent.

Chocolate melt!!!! Can't go wrong, very busy Domino's though...

just received leaflets, but staff don't have a idea of offer!!!

Dreadful service and only give it a one star rating because it did eventually get delivered. Took an hour before chasing up only to find the order was for collection not delivery. When it did arrive one and half hours later it was stone cold. After complaining they did send out a replacement but wanted the first one back....to late the dog had eaten it. They then would not leave the replacement. Ridiculous!! What do they do with a rubbery, cold pizza that's been returned?

Got my order wrong TWICE
They said they'll give me free drink, cookies an wedges but surprise surprise then dont have a clue what i am on about!!!

Great pizzas only bad thing is drivers look miserable and then they give you wrong pizzas
