Domino'S Pizza - Bracknell

Poor service closed early so I couldn't order after I finished work and website says till 1am

Sent us the wrong pizzas TWICE! How hard is it to replace bbq base with tomate sauce? Impossible apparently...

We usually pick dominos over pizza gogo or topps because dominos seems to be slightly better quality. I'm giving dominos 2 stars now cos they cocked up my latest order and i had to endure grief from my hungry teenager. I ordered 2 large pizzas and one was on unasked for thin crust which was more like popadom crust, extra thin and extra crispy. I had to share my pizza in the end! Should i have phoned and asked for a replacment? We were hungry, and didnt want to wait another 45 minutes. I dont need this agro over a pizza. Get your act together dominos.

What a great experience. We decided for our works Christmas party to order Domino's pizza. Given the fact we ordered 8 large pizzas, 6 garlic breads and 6 boxes of cookies out order was delivered withing 45 minutes and was still hot and delicious. Well done guys you did a great job and there wasn't much left at the end of the night.

Dominos are good franchise let them down

So ordered a pizza online from Domino's. According to the little web widget tracking the order it was delivered an hour ago except I'm still waiting. On calling the branch apparently its my fault because I should have called the branch upon which they'd have told me the delivery time was an hour. How silly of me. I used the website which the flier they put through the door told me to do. We're at an hour and a half and still waiting...which the website, of course, didn't tell us...and even if we'd phoned the store they'd have told us an hour. Like I say we're at an hour and a half and still waiting. Scratch that its just arrived. The driver has now gone and we're now learning the pizza is cold and they forgot the rocket (I know...first world problem). Anyway lets focus on Domino's Bracknell being a bit rubbish, because they are. My advice try one of the million other pizza places in Bracknell. When there is so much competition there's no need to put up with a business being rubbish. At least the driver, who was lovely, had the good grace to apologise for Domino's even though it clearly wasn't his fault. Nice chap. He should find a better pizza outfit to work for.

last time pizza was cold and very poor not up to the high standard i expect from dominoes especially with the price of it!! id recommend going to the dominoes in sandhurst the pizza is one thousand times better.
