Domino'S Pizza - Braintree

I love dominos but have just moved to the area and have used these a few times and always have something wrong, over cooked or not cut or cheese on one side of the garlic bread think thier quality control is appalling, pizza hut from now on.

Just rang for delivery at 10.40 on a sunday evening to be told a 2 hour wait as they are busy ..... really , i don't think so i think they just want to get away early . Sorry to say terrible service i will be using papa johns in future

PIZZA! and it's good... Staff where friendly enough. Cheese bread cheese meat, heat Pizza ☺️

Good food but useless staff. I've called at 18:30 for delivery, after 1 hour and 45 min I've called again to see where it's my food, and they said will be with me in next 10-15min. I've waited 1 hour and I call again, this time talking to manager, he apologised because I don't have yet me food and he want to give me free food. I've refused because this isn't a solution to fix the problem, this should not happen.

Nice enough pizza but wasn't impressed with the service waiting at the counter, almost 10 minutes between my pizza being ready and getting it despite trying to attract staff attention.
