Domino'S Pizza - Brighton - St Georges Place

The app said it had been delivered 18mins before it actually arrives the half and half pizza wasn't cut properly and burnt and so was my chocolate pizza dominos is ment to be 1 of the best pizza places and they can't get my order to me on time or unburnt

Waited 2 and a half hours for 1 pizza and some ice cream to be delivered! Online order tracker was stuck at "quality checking" for about hour and a half. Tried to call the store numerous times but no one answered. When food did finally arrive it was cold. Terrible service.

Great staff, always welcoming and friendly. Good quality food, always leaving happy.

So disappointed in quantity for sides raising price lessening quantity. won' make this mistake again do you know how much pasta can be made for the price they charge. 100% or 200% profit. disgusting

My garlic pizza bread came with mould and I was advised by the shop "we don't send mouldy food" this is without seeing anything. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! Unhelpful and unfriendly, they're only offer was to take back my old one and remake another... I don't want to gamble with my health thank you!

Been going here for months and they seem like nice enough people but they always just have one person serving even though that have multiple staff doing things like cleaning in the background. I order in advance so I can pick up pizza and leave, not hang around waiting whist someone decides with a menu, why have two tills when even if there are plenty of staff the customer facing part of the business is limited to one person. I wouldn't even mind that much if the other staff at least aknowleged me whist I am waiting and said something like 'sorry for the wait ,someone will serve you soon' it's not hard it's just basic customer service. In a nutshell it just feels like they are doing you a favour and if it was my business I would want to know as being a customer there is not a good experience.
