Domino'S Pizza - Chalfont St. Peter

3 hour wait for a pizza when i live just 2 miles from the store. Very poor service and when i called up to check on my order they did not answer the phone. Waste of time never again for me.

Absolute awful service and has been taking over 2 hours now. Fuming !!! I called them an hour after waiting they said coming in 5 mins and it’s been another hour....

I have used both collection and their delivery service, Dominos deliveries always take a while and the app is not accurate, but when I called they were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I am yet to have any issue with their pizza

I have ordered a few times and they either very late with cold food if I want a frozen pizza I would of gone to Iceland / never answer phones to informat them there gave me the wrong order.... the woman who delivers the pizza snatched the money out of hand and then gave me the food I though was rude .... the other drivers are very friendly though...

Still waiting for my pizza which I ordered at 7:30pm, it's now 8:30, tried calling no answer, said it was out for delivery 40 minutes ago.
I'll be getting a full refund when my cold pizza arrives. Complete joke. Ruined my evening. Hungry people.

Just about as bad as it get's!!

Walked in and placed a fairly large order and then told ready in 30mins.........

1 hour later only half of the order was ready and so now getting cold...... the other half was still being prepared so we suggested that they deliver......

2 hours later and the rest of the paid for order not delivered..........

Lot's of hungry children......

Other customers complaining that they were not answering the phones whilst there and experienced the same whilst trying to find out what was happening?

Just gave up!!!

Be forewarned and choose another option........ save yourselves a lot of grief!!!

Deliver is very hit and miss. It seems any time demand goes up the quality of service goes down which, given that correct staffing levels are key at peak times, is pretty basic. My last experience resulted in a 2 hour wait for delivery of a cold pizza and the wrong side order. Having followed the complaints process I have now sent three e-mails without reply. Utter shambles.

Appalling. You wait 90 minutes for a pizza that is delivered to the wrong address only for the person who lives there to deliver it for them, of course, it arrives cold! Finally, they don't even have the decency to pick up the phone when you call to complain. Don't order from this franchise.

pizza took 1 hour to arrive, ishmal was late and he should be fired. wish i could give -5 stars.

Ordered pizza at 7pm this evening, said at half past it was out for delivery. After waiting 45 minutes, decided to call the store to see where it was, the guy on the phone said 5 mins. 15 mins later still no pizza, phone back again and explained our situation again, got told it would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later still no pizza, tried calling back 3 times and the phone just kept ringing which it seemed to me they purposely ignored my phone call. Finally 5 mins later our pizza turned up, just warm. Not satisfied at all, poor customer service!
